“Received product that expires in two months. Unable to contact help center for help with near expired product and non functioning monitor. Disappointing”

“Shipping was great, very fast. But when you order the end of January and get strips the expire in March it’s frustrating. I don’t test daily and they will be expired before I can use them up. And as expensive as they are it’s a waste of money”

“Good company, I would give 5 stars except..... Though I am aware that you change your test strips to individual for a good reason, I would prefer them in a bottle so that I can see which way up they are. Also I find the covering on the individual strips hard to tear and I can easily contaminated the test end if it is the wrong way around..”

“This has been a great purchase!!! The only thing I would like to see change is for the stops to come in bottles instead of individual foil packs. The foil packs aren’t always easy to open.”
