“I didn’t realize how low my ketones were and how high my glucose gets. A GKI is a mixture of both measurements which lets us figure out how metabolically healthy we really are. “I bought the Keto-Mojo GK1, It's excellent machine and now I know I am in Ketosis. Its made such a difference having it to my weight loss. I have alredy recommeded the GK1 to my brother, who is diabetic and I am trying to get him on a Keto way of eating. The service was great from the company and GK1 arrived well packed and quickly. I get lots of emails from Keto-Mojo with lots of info which is great. I like that the app is free to use, so everything is linked to my phone. The only gripe I have is the refill testing strips are quite expensive but thats a minor detail. So far I am very impressed.”
