“I was not pleased with trading in my old meter for the GK+ at first. I reached out to customer support with my concerns and they provided me with testing suggestions that resolved most of my issues.”

“Love everything about the new Meter except for the packaging of the test strips. The foil wrapper is such a pain compared to the containers they used to come in.”

“Every product and app well thought through. Prompt delivery. Give em a 5. But wait. Hate packaging for new GK+ strips even though I understand their reasoning. Can we get a video on how we're supposed to open those awful child-proof things?”

“So far the upgraded Mojo has been great! I’ve had a couple times where phone App sync, took a little long, and I had to back out of the app and turn off the mojo. But other than that smooth sailing!”

“Love the new meter but the new packaging for the strips are difficult to open. I thought it was just me but my husband has difficulty as well. They just don't tear open that easily. Other than that, no complaints!”

“Too much emphasis on trying to promote new meter and making it hard to find the older straps. I have only had meter less than a year and don't think I should have to spend lot of money to upgrade every year just to easily find strips.”

“I really like the setup, however; it took a little while to get off the ground with the system because of the paucity of detailed instructions. The startup video on the Keto-mojo site was very helpful. It seems that the blood glucose monitor is much more sensitive than Abott Labs Precision Extra in that you need to be very careful about not using the initial beed of blood that comes out of your finger. Once you have a clean sample of blood, the readings seem to be comparable and accurate. Attention to extra care when taking blood samples with this device is very important!”

“I had just ordered strips when this offer came through and I was not informed the strips would change with the new model. Now I have expensive strips I can’t use.”

“The meter works very good, but the strips are hard to get out of the package sometimes. I ruined several trying to tear it open on the side. Is it possible to have these put in bottles like the old strips? If not, why not? Other than that, I am very satisfied with the Keto Mojo meter and the website. I will continue to follow and use.”

“Service was exceptional. I was suppose to get the upgrade from old monitor to new one! I thought I did! They did not send info on how to mail back old monitor. When I emailed support they told me I did not get upgrade so to not worry about it. So I'm confused. Did I or did I not get upgrade!?”

“I have to make sure the device stays off. I am not sure if batteries are going to last but we will see. Its easy to turn on inside the case. I miss the little canesters for the strips. The individual foil packs are a waste and are a lot of trash to throw out all the time.”
