“I love the your products! I dislike the quality of the shipment containers. My orders (both times) have been received crushed. I understand the product inside is still usable. I think it's reasonable to expect better packaging.”

“Ordering was easy and free delivery was USPS - so took a few days. Would have appreciated an “estimated delivery date” but I suspect that’s not easily done when shipping through USPS.”

“I am brand new and thus far doing just fine, though I had assumed (incorrectly) that any test strips purchased would come with the necessary lancets. that seems to just be common sense.”

“I like the product and find the website with all the videos and information immensely helpful. What I find frustrating is that right after I bought my Keto Mojo they came out with a new version. I would have held off and gotten the new one had I known. They did offer me an upgrade, but I have to buy a package of test strips in order to upgrade. Well, I just paid $50 for the test strips for the Keto Mojo that I have and I am not going to let those go to waste. I would love to have the updated product, but I can't afford the "free" upgrade at the moment.”

“The keto-mojo is fantastic, works wonderfully well and very accurate. However, the only drawback I have found is that the test strips expire quite rapidly and will not work in the reader once expired. If you are one that doesn't use the strips every day, finding that you have expired test strips when you really needed to check your blood sugar comes as a bit of a shock. This was something I was not used to using many other ketone monitors.”

“There is a steep learning curve with this product and the videos are really hard to follow, so not much help (too fast!) After 10 days of trial and error, much confusion, and wasting a lot of strips because of error messages, I've finally got it. Please make your instructions clearer. A woman from the company called and left a voice mail that clearly told me how to do it. Let her do the videos. P.S. people hate "instructions" that are just a bunch of diagrams. Take the time to write the instructions clearly and include FAQs with clear answers. Also have a person answering your customer service number, not a voice mail.”
