“Easy to use and set up. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because it is a little hard to get the needle cocked back. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries. But all in all I like it!”

“i love my keto mojo the new meter is outstanding and the appt is great also my only complaint is that sometimes i have trouble with using the appt and getting my GKI . or seeing the readings . Please publish more info on this”

“I like your product. I do get a lot of errors when testing my blood. I think some or most are user errors. There isn't a lot of information about that. I have discovered that sometimes I try testing my blood to soon after inserting thestrips in the meter. I normally order my product on Amazon but can no longer get the Ketone test strips by themselves. Please change this. Thank You,”

“I’m afraid you may be ready to retire the 1st monitor I bought. Please don’t stop making those strips for glucose measure. I depend on the hct reading to keep check on dehydration. Thanks for hearing my concerns.”

“When I called with questions, the woman I spoke with was very helpful, friendly and gave me the assistance I needed. When I emailed with a question, I still haven’t rec’d a reply 5 days later. From what I’ve seen online and in the literature that came with the replacement unit, the company seems very spread out and not connected enough for things to happen quickly. Each person does his own job, but when other departments are involved, there seems to be a lag in getting things accomplished. Maybe it’s COVID, but this survey did ask, and that’s what’s happening. I give them credit for trusting me to send my old Keto-Mojo unit back within the 30-day deadline and not charge me for it and then crediting my payment method back, so that raised the company’s score from “acceptable” to “good”. Still waiting for that email info. Other things influenced the lower score that I don’t want to post online.”

“Kit is great. Would love to see the K-M website carry lancets (as the lancet bag says to order on the Keto-Mojo site) . Having trouble finding lancets that fit. Have now ordered the recommended ones from amazon. If they don’t fit, I will be buying another style of lancet device to use with all my “extra” lancets.”

“Love the Keto Mojo so far. No complaints. Shipping sucked, I ordered two. 1st for my sister and paid extra shipping to arrive two days before Christmas, it did not arrive until two days after. The day after I purchased hers I purchased mine with no extra shipping and it arrived unexpectedly before Christmas. Unfortunately, hers was a gift.”

“Transition of new machine went well. However, I do miss seeing my HCT %. I have been told that you were not able, by law, to show that anymore. Whatever the case, I do miss that feature.”
