“Great as long as you want a short dated product 😡”

“I have left three voice mails and also sent a message on chat with my email. I have heard nothing back from your company. I have not been able to use the Keto-Mojo that arrived in the mail. My partner and I have read and re-read the instructions. When I insert a testing strip, the icon with the drop of blood does not appear; an E 3 appears "Incorrect test strip". I tried three different test strips and I have made sure not to touch the tip. They have also been inserted all the way. I tried to communicate through all three means listed below.”

“Was really bummed we had to waste 10 of our keto strips to get the control solution to test properly. That’s an expensive control test, customer service said there was nothing they could do.”

“The Leto mojo works well. I received an extra shipment that was a complete mojo device and strips and when I tried to return it I hit a roadblock from customer service. I did not open my box and the customer service was hard to contact and unhelpful. VERY user unfriendly”

“the gtk+ system is a scam. the strips are way too expensive. i have tons of glucose strips i bought thinking you didnt sell the ketone ones on their own. just a pain and i wish i hadn't bought from you. this should be easy and reasonably priced. i wont buy keto-mojo again or use your resources anymore. if this had gone well you'd have a customer for life, i am on keto for life.”
