I had a problem with my Mojo from the get go. It would not go to the 12 or 24 hr mode AT ALL. I called 4 times and left a message two days in a row. I only got a call back when someone from Dr. Pompa's prgoram called you and asked that you call me. I did get a quick phone call. I was told to hold the side button as well and that worked. My meter still is not working as suggested in your videos and brochure. I just have not done anything about it. Even tho connected to my bluetooth it is not automatically recording my levels. I cannot get the second strip to read my glucose after testing my ketos. I would never suggest anybody buy this. Mostly because of your customer service. I would return this in a heartbeat and have you send me another to see if that worked any better.

After a 3 day water fast I tested with your meter. The readings could not be right. Tested next day , ( keto diet ) no better, Next step control test. instructions say to compare test result with ranges printed on test strip box or label. RANGES ARE NOT PRINTED ANYWHERE. It may be my meter is bad and I will run out of test strips before I get a good reading.

This is a complete piece of garbage and the company absolutely doesn’t stand behind it. Even with an endocrinologist saying this overpriced paperweight isn’t accurate they wouldn’t replace it. I don’t know if the ketone readings are accurate, but my KETOSCAN is almost always higher than this toilet. I DO know the glucose readings are absolutely junk. On average they show 20-30mg/dl higher than an accucheck device. I’m a Veteran who has been exposed to multiple chemical warfare agents, one of the side effects of the exposure is diabetes so even though I have no family history of diabetes, seeing readings consistently in the “pre diabetic/diabetic” ranges was terrifying. I’ve already survived bladder cancer 5x, I definitely wasn’t looking forward to fighting diabetes! After seeing an endocrinologist because of the absurdly high numbers, she checked my glucose and I was at 89mg/dl which seemed a lot more likely since I DON’T EAT SUGAR BECAUSE OF MY FIGHTS WITH CANCER. The accucheck confirmed this measurement, and the overpriced piece of garbage these people sell returned a 111mg/dl reading. Ken with customer service said as long as the control samples are “within normal range” the device is not defective, so he refused to replace it and stopped responding to my correspondence. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!! What a terrible company and terrible item. Zero integrity. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My machine is unable to set time and or date. Keto support asked for pictures, I was unable to do so. My son who is also a customer sent a video of my machine display hopping all over display of date and time. The machine does display readings but maybe they are not accurate either! This is not his or mine fist experience with keto mojo. The machine certainly appears faulty! It was a long holiday weekend, but the response from support was not impressive!

It was a 3star rating until they sent me an email asking me to rate them both stating they didn't see my original posted rating stating the problems and hopeful request for a fix AS WELL AS the email I sent explaining my problem and receiving the auto response that they will "look into it." Sooo now it is a 1star review.

Had to buy a second box of glucose strips because the previous one kept givin me an error (E211). Moreover when the new one arrived I checked my blood sugar with both the old and new ones at the same time... there was more than 20 of difference between the two readings!!! They are very expensive this quality is unacceptable.

Poor experience. First shipment lost in transit. Second returned to sender before even crossing the border. No response to emails. Managed to connect via Facebook Messenger, but no explanations given. Despite having waited almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive, they refused to offer any discount for a 3rd attempt so I gave up on them. Easily the worst experience I've had with a company in quite some time.

The glucose test strips are inaccurate. They are off by at least 20 points. Not sure about the ketone strips because I don't have anything to compare to. If you are testing blood sugar you should not count on these strips.

The lancer doesn’t pierce my skin, even at level 5. Can’t understand the readings. No explanation on what a GKI is, and if a 20.28 GKI is good or bad. Tried the test drops for ketones and glucose, but no guide anywhere on the box showing what is in range or out of range. When calling customer service, you get voice mail and no actual person to answer the phone. Directions in the book are so small I had to use a magnifying glass with my glasses. I want to return this keto mojo, too much hassle and problems with the device and the lancelet. Oh, when I did get a person on the phone (finally), his suggestions was to go online for questions. I had more questions after going online. How do I return this back?!

Since I placed an order I am receiving multiple spam texts from different numbers every day trying to selling me diet and Leto related supplements and potions. Stop selling peoples info. I am not amused by this in the least. WTH.

I can’t seem to get the package I paid for. I’ve checked the address with you. It was mailed twice and it never seems to get here. I’ve put in lost package reports with the post office and everything. At this point I just want what I laid for or a refund Amazon has no problem getting things to me

A box came damaged. I’ve contacted the company and their response was that their warehouse manager says they never ship damaged items. I sent pics. I told them some of items in box were damaged. No one responded until I told them I had an opportunity to write a review and I wanted to give them a chance to respond. My last response I let them know I finally threw the box out because no one was responding. The response to that had nothing to do with what they asked me. This has been continuous and they are pushing back as if I did something wrong and after at least 10 emails there is still no resolution. This is very frustrating and upsetting as a new customer. Let them know that I was satisfied with the machinery/Keto-Mojo and that I just needed help with the one damaged box. I can’t get help with the one damaged box, which I have no discarded because I did not get timely responses either. My last response let them know that I threw away the damaged box, which I did send the photos of. Here is the response I was given after all I said was I threw away the damaged box: Hi Eileen, Thank you for the information. The strips are individually wrapped and protected. The exterior box itself has no impact on the strips. Keto-On! This makes no sense and did not correspond to the info asked. I am asking again for resolution, not push back as if I did something wrong. I am fully satisfied with w the Keto-Mojo itself. Oh and I see in the review that it asks about the return process. I would have been extremely happy to return the damaged box, as a matter of fact that would have been a great resolution. But no one offered ANY resolution. Hope you can help please. I tried outside of the review for help, support. Thank you.

Let’s see I’m a disabled veteran and a government disability check machine from you a year and a half ago And then you discontinue the strips so I have to buy another machine which is a great machine both of them work but I don’t like the bait and switch Great product very disappointed in the way you run your business

Called customer service 2 x for help with new keto unit. It reads my ketosis level far from it's true level. I know this because of 4 years of ketosis living and readings. NOBODY has ever returned my call. Absolutely terrible custmer service. However, your marketing propoganda is among the best. One could almost believe you really do care.
