“The product was ordered twice and I still didn't receive it”

“Completely different glucose readings from different fingers — my index finger reads 89, while my ring finger reads 140– this is constant after 10 days w/ two reading per day. This is a huge discrepancy! Had reading done at my hospital— the 89 was correct. Time to get a more accurate meter!”

“the meter, supplies and your website are 5 star. Thomas DeLauer's info and videos are 5 star. Mr. Mojo's videos and information are so base as to be worthless. Let's relegate him to the back room. So 0 stars for Mr. Mojo. Your ability and willingness to answer the phone and return calls is 0 stars. We need to talk to people to get our issues resolved we don't need emais with half as answers. Mr. mojo is a 2 star negative not answering the phone and not calling back promptly is a 2 star negative. Overall you're a 1 star outfit...”

“order my strips 2weeks ago, scheduled to deliver 7-19-22. they are still in georga and will be delivered 7-29-22. i have no more strips and could die because i can’t test”

“The machine I used is giving me glucose readings that are way off compared to another Glucometer I have. I am non-diabetic, healthy, eating 20 carbs per day and it had my fasting glucose at 120. I wrote the company to explain what is going on and they have not responded.”

“Just got new strips recently and went to test my glucose. The first strip kept saying E11 so I did another until I ended up wasting a total of 5 strips because they all said E11. These things are NOT cheap and to have to waste them like this is unbelievable not counting the fact that I was not able to check my glucose reading!!!”

“I had a problem with my Mojo from the get go. It would not go to the 12 or 24 hr mode AT ALL. I called 4 times and left a message two days in a row. I only got a call back when someone from Dr. Pompa's prgoram called you and asked that you call me. I did get a quick phone call. I was told to hold the side button as well and that worked. My meter still is not working as suggested in your videos and brochure. I just have not done anything about it. Even tho connected to my bluetooth it is not automatically recording my levels. I cannot get the second strip to read my glucose after testing my ketos. I would never suggest anybody buy this. Mostly because of your customer service. I would return this in a heartbeat and have you send me another to see if that worked any better.”

“After a 3 day water fast I tested with your meter. The readings could not be right. Tested next day , ( keto diet ) no better, Next step control test. instructions say to compare test result with ranges printed on test strip box or label. RANGES ARE NOT PRINTED ANYWHERE. It may be my meter is bad and I will run out of test strips before I get a good reading.”
