Had a very hard time ordering a product. Correspondence with customer service was adequate but lengthy and ultimately I had to resolve the issue by creating an email new email account just to order.

They sent this email asking me to not make a bad review without contacting them first. I have contacted them twice and still no response. I will not be buying their product. I can’t afford to buy a new meter every year.

My old meter was wonderful and the strips were relatively cheap for ketones. I don't use the glucose strips and won't be using the new glucose strips because Accu-check does it better.

My device is not working properly, it is really difficult to guess how I should press the key to store glucose after a meal, all the records I had are before a meal. It is very difficult to adjust the date When I press and hold the key to measure the GKI, the previous record appears. It is a raffle to touch the key, you never know what will appear.

Customer Service - not helpful. Monitor doesn’t work well. Attached error testing sample - multiple random results - not even one being what it was supposed to be. Still waiting for answer and want to return it!

I am seriously disappointed in my Keto Mojo GK. For one thing, it seems that the company has given in to the pressures of money-making by having the new GK manufactured in China. Secondly, the bluetooth no longer turns OFF. It is always ON. I remove one of the batteries, as I do not trust bluetooth. Finally, I like the former packaging for the strips more than the difficult-to-open singular new packaging. I would continue using my perfectly good older Keto Mojo, if the company would continue to sell test strips for it.

I have a problem with my blood testing unit. I've tried doing the control test on both the glucose and ketosis strips. Followed the directions exactly multiple times. Neither one was giving a correct reading. The glucose showed "LO" on each of the glucose strips I used, and the ketosis strips showed a lower reading than they should have with the control solution. I called your support line on Monday, November 22 during regular business hours, and got sent to a recording to leave a message. As of today, Nov. 27, I have had no call back.

Product is lousy...especially compared to its predecessor which I used daily without any issues. I emailed my complaints to Keto-Mojo upon first trying to use it, but never heard a peep in response. PHOOEY!!

The only reason this product is not good right now is because over half of the product I received last did not work I put the strips and they didn’t work the other half did.

The new test strips suck so hard I can’t even tell you. And this is the second device I bought from these people that is supposed to connect to my app but it never has. I will never ever buy another thing from keto mojo
