You had something good and ruined it with this new model. The testing strips are so hard to get out of the package. Especially if you had older people using it.

I had requested information on Keto-Mojo’s trade in policy and received information on the procedure. I submitted the required information but was told the serial number I submitted had already been used. I have in my possession the so called invalid serial numbered item since the day I received it from Amazon, date ordered: 8/6/2020. The item I received from Amazon was brand new in a sealed container which had never been opened. I am not pleased with the way I was treated and prefer to avoid doing business with Keto-Mojo. I reached out to your offices 2 months ago about my broken meter and never received any response. This meter was expensive and should have come with a warranty or some support.

Shipping is horrible, 6 days past the date to be delivered(needed strips asap as we had only 4 left) Also communication with company is nonexistent, chat is a automated computer that gives generic answers and if you try to call, good luck. I won't continue to be a customer and will look fo another company for my needs.

I already sent a reclamation about this but u were not willing to resolve it:. My new meter gave me three diff readings at one time, testing glocose 3times in a row. When i wrote u about this u sent me bunch of links to study, all what i already had checked before deciding on the purchase, basically tellin me to suck it up. I think that kind of a meter with such poor accuracy is waste of money and that i have been cheated!! Will definately share my bad experience all over in soc med.

i opened box put old device in bag took it to post office. now i go to use new device and it is dead on arrival. removed battery tab holding main button does not start device, changed batteries, same

Unreliable, Inconsistent and horrible customer service! DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANIES PRODUCT!!! I hate giving bad reviews but I feel compelled to share my horrific experience to help others who may have issues since this is suppose to be a dependable health product that is anything but dependable! I don’t know where to begin. The product is horrible, the customer service is even worse if you even want to call it that, and the people that work there are the worst! I posted my bad experience online and instead of engaging with me and apologizing they blocked me on social media! When I tried to call their customer service line during normal business hours none of their lines were ever answered. So you have to leave a message and wait hours and even days for someone to call you back. The machine it’s self is inconsistent and after 13 tests I never got the same reading more than twice! Then the company makes the testing strips had to find because they want you to spend money on their new system! OH but that’s not the worse of it, they try to wrap this extortion in a sprinkles by offering you a discount so you only have to pay $50 plush tax and shipping! SO $75 for a new system! Then when you have issues with your system NOT working no one answers any of the extensions at their so called customer service department! I highly recommend you use a different company for your blood testing because this one is anything but consistent and honest!!!!

As much as I love my old KetoMojo, I can’t say the same about the new GK version. There seems to be much more to operating the upgraded version that I’m needing it to handle. I don’t want alerts or alarms or anything other than, simply take my readings and let me and my team of physicians handle the rest. Problem is, I’ve reached out for assistance several times and I get directed to information that I’ve already read and watched on videos. Meanwhile my questions aren’t answered and I’m unable to get my system up and running. So what I have is an unsupported old system that is now worthless and I have a newfangled system that goes unused because no one will take the time to give me a walkthrough.

Nothing has arrived. I have tied the tracking and it does not indicated when to expect delivery. I want a refund or a date of delivery. This has been weeks since ordered

i had 8-10 glucose strips that did not work - no idea why - been doing the same for years - eventually i found some that worked the single use packaging is TERRIBLE WILL NEVER BUT AGAIN - TAKES TOO MUCH TIME TO OPEN FOR EACH STRIP

Well, they were a big talk. I ordered Gluecose strips only off of amazon. They did not send what I ordered. They sent me a combo package that did not work with my Keto-Mojo. Apparently it was an updated version. Doesn't matter they sent a package just to fulfill the order even though it was not what I ordered. I was totally out of strips. I had to call the number. they guy who answered talked me into keeping these strips and upgrading/ordering the newer Keto-Mojo. 6/18 said it would be here that week as I expressed i was out of gluecose strips and i needed them immediately. Well today is 7/6/21 and I have NOT received the newer Ket-Mojo. I just tracked the shipping they sent me and it was DHL which tells me it's likely coming from out of the country. Which tells me these guys are dishonest. #1 sent me the wrong strips just to fulfill their order #2 Completely lied about the shipping to get me off the phone. What should take just a few days as he said....is now going on 1 month and I am OUT of strips. I am diabetic and cannot rely on somone like this again. If there was an option for 0 (zero) stars i would have given 0 stars Still have not received!
