You discontinued the product needed for my device. I will never buy another keto mojo product again, and I will warn others not to as well. You need to have better product support.

The sync to iPhone doesn’t. I have to use setting metter sync. The capillary action and the test strips is very very positional. There is no room in the case for lancets. If you place lancets in the case the reader stays in and the Battery runs out. Need a redesign.

I really hate the new machine. I really wish you still sold strips for the old machine. The new Keto Mojo GK+ seems wildly inaccurate and inconsistent.

Glucose monitoring is inaccurate. do a glucose test 2 times in a row, get result that are 17% different. Foil packs are a nuisance. TD-4279 was better. New product line is better for Keto Mojo bottom line, Not better for the consumer.

I have to take 3 glucose readings and average them together due to how wildly the readings swing when taken consecutively from the same blood drop. The ketone strips seem accurate. I wish the glucose strips were more reliable. I will not be ordering again.

Completely inconsistent results. Emailed, basically told I was crazy and that they’d do nothing to assist, and that was it. What a wonderful way to throw out $200+. So disappointing.

I sent an email on the poor acurracy of my second bottle of glucose sticks. If I get a response I may modify this because I was happy with the initial product, both glucose and keto sticks

I bought a GK+ meter less than 2 weeks ago and reached out to support via FB messenger last night. The person that responded this morning was snarky, unable to comprehend what I was saying, made illogical relies, offered no valuable assistance whatsoever and ultimately told me I would be required to video myself using the machine to receive any further support. I am appalled at the lack of customer service I received. I didn't one time ask for a refund or exchange, I was simply reaching out for support. First, your support members should be able to comprehend on a basic enough level to offer support. Secondly, as a 50 year old, disabled woman that lives alone - being required to videotape myself while using the meter in order to get someone to assist me with my questions and issues is appalling. I originally chose ketomojo over the keto coach because I wanted the convenience of the dual monitor. I placed my order, including plenty of extra lancets and testing strips. Well, based on the terrible experience I had this morning with your support person, I will be taking the loss on the money I spent with your company and going to keto coach. Not only have you lost a new customer that would have been a continuing customer, but I will now be sharing my experience in every keto fb group, keto instagram account and on every keto youtuber channel I follow. In the few hours since this occurred I have already changed the mind of several members in one fb group trying to decide what product to purchase. I will continue to share my bad customer service experience with everyone in hopes of saving them from this same experience.

The glucose test strips are not accurate. When I compare the results against 4 other meters the Keto-Mojo is substantial off from a Freestyle, FreestyleLibre CGM (continues glucose monitor) and 2 Microdot Xtra meters. I have not done any test with the Keto strips but I have no confidence in this meter.

The pen broke on the third use and their customer service had failed to handle it. They wanted a video of the pen. I can only send photos which I did (7 in total) and still no response. I had to order another pen in order to use it. What a poor excuse of customer service.

La data di scadenza delle strisce che mi avete inviato (giugno 2021) è prossima alla data ricezione e questo fatto mi preclude di utilizzare il prodotto secondo la procedura adottata. Tre mesi di adottabilita’ del prodotto lo rende scarsamente utilizzabile. È la prima volta che acquisto le strisce e sono veramente deluso di questa prima esperienza. Cordialità. Flavio Bruzzesi

The finger pricker with the kit is not strong enough and the needles are too short. when I complained I was told to go to the store and buy other brands. I should be supplied with needles and a plunger that works or given a credit for more test strips at the least.
