“You discontinued a great product forcing us to buy an inferior new product, more expensive and less accurate. You list me as a customer because of it, I moved to a breath tester. FYI”

“Horrible customer service. I ordered and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received the product almost 2 weeks later. I contacted them and customer service was rude, said shipping wasn’t guaranteed. Absolutely horrible. I am purchasing a different machine so I don’t have to deal with this company for purchase of future strips”

“The keto Mojo only works at about the rate of 50% on the keto strips and it no longer functions with the app. This I have to look up the gki score on a separate app. Very poor and I used to love it so much.”

“The total saving is $30 compared to the kit who’s in promotion on the website. That’s a terrible deal. Especially because YOU discontinued the product and YOU forced me to replace it. I don’t know who’s in charge of your marketing and communication, but that Person is obviously terrible and should be fired. If I was the owner of your company, I would have make sure that every owner of the previous device and registres would have received automatically a new device for free with a recycling kit. And I would have heavily communicated on the trade option for the other clients. I would have done something with a lot of ambition like Perrier did in the 80s when they replaced 100% of their bottles worldwidet after a problem occurred in France. Really, terrible deal and terrible marketing”

“Unfortunately the glucose meter is not accurate. I tried 3 times in a row, each time a different number with a big difference, 6.3, 5.2, 4.5 !! I repeat this test for other days and still the same inaccuracy.”

“Despite two unanswered phone calls during call center hours and several emails back and forth, I still can't bluetooth to your device. I have given up on it and will start looking for a different tracker with another company a this point as it is not really worth it if I can't automatically track my stats.”
