“New Keto mojo test strips do not work. Very frustrating”

“It is terrible, I wasted $99, I wish you would go back to the old one, the old lancets are much better than these flimsy light blue ones, the packaging is terrible, such a waste of resources and you sometimes have to tear it two or three times to get it out. it is just terrible I would never ever recommend it to anyone again. Please go back to the old one or allow us to buy test strips for the old one thank you Bonnie Hedrick 850-516-1425. Please be feel free to call me and please I wish I could have a refund but I’ve already thrown the box away.”

“The worst customer service! Everything that I received was copy-pasted instruction about correct blood drawing even though I specifically wrote in my inquiry that I know how to. I've tried writing again, and all I've got was a second request for a review. My concern about inconsistent readings on the new ketomojo model is still unanswered. Too bad old glucose&ketone strips won't be available any longer. Time to look for another meter.”

“I bought a device last year, and new testing stripes this year. It didn't work, so I had to buy another device. Very complicated and costly!”

“Does not measure keto correctly. Always gives me the same reading no matter what. 0.1-0.4. Tested my daughter that I know for absolute certain is not in Keto and she tested with the same numbers as me. 0.1 So not very happy with it at all!!”

“I never received my products due to it being sent apparently without return instructions or postage so when it hit my address forward, the post office policy is apparently to destroy the package in that situation. Though I have never heard of that before, I am not completely out to my the blame on keto-mojo but the fact remains I ordered over 100$ worth of product that I never received. The post office played it off as the sending company shouldn’t have sent it cheaply without return instructions.”

“I got a product without a keycard. I had to ship to Germany and collect there as KM doesn’t deliver to Switzerland. What a schlepp for nothing!”

“It is annoying that you discontinued the test strips for the previous generation meter without any warning or explanation. Ostensibly, so that you could force all your customers to purchase a new meter. That is not very customer friendly and is a very unscrupulous and possibly, fraudulent sales practice.”

“The sync to iPhone doesn’t. I have to use setting metter sync. The capillary action and the test strips is very very positional. There is no room in the case for lancets. If you place lancets in the case the reader stays in and the Battery runs out. Need a redesign.”

“I really hate the new machine. I really wish you still sold strips for the old machine. The new Keto Mojo GK+ seems wildly inaccurate and inconsistent.”

“Glucose monitoring is inaccurate. do a glucose test 2 times in a row, get result that are 17% different. Foil packs are a nuisance. TD-4279 was better. New product line is better for Keto Mojo bottom line, Not better for the consumer.”

“I have to take 3 glucose readings and average them together due to how wildly the readings swing when taken consecutively from the same blood drop. The ketone strips seem accurate. I wish the glucose strips were more reliable. I will not be ordering again.”
