I purchased 60 ketone strips and the first 5 or 6 didnt measure a reading. For the costs i cannot afford to waste that many.

The package had already been open. If I want to buy opened products I buy demo ex to demo price.

I have requested several times to send me to Cyprus (even the strips). To be accommodated is one thing but noone replied to my request (even I purchased the machine via a relative address in Greece aka much more expensive on logistics)

I purchased ketone testing strips that do not work with my monitor. The website did not indicate the meters that work with these strips, as it was not clear. I have called the customer service number twice, left voice messages and have not received a return call. I posted on Keto Mojo's Facebook page inquiring on how to return the strips and never received an answer. Horrible customer service.

You did not inform me you were discontinuing my product and offering a discount on a replacement until after I received my test strips. When I finish my test strips, I'm finished with you as your customer. An honest company would disclose before, not after my transaction was fulfilled.

I placed an entire née bundle and received a starter kit. I emailed you’ll to notify you 3-4-21 and it’s 3-19-21 and I still haven’t received the strips to continue with my journey!!!

I went to the website to re-order my test strips. I was offered to upgrade my non GKI device to the new one and all I had to do was pay the price of the strips and return the old device in the enclosed envelope. But when I went to checkout the price changed and i was being charged $129.99 for strips and a new device. The whole new kit doesnt even cost that much! Why would I swap? The original page that showed the deal and the emails are VERY misleading and I am seriously considering using another brand entirely.

The lancet device was broken when received. I had to send pictures after answering several questions numerous times. Upon receiving the new lancet device, it was different from what was sent with my kit. The new device is hard to open and the lancets are difficult to load. It appears they just sent something to get me out of their hair. These people don’t care!!

ordered Feb 28 received Mar 8 damaged called multiple times received no call back e-mailed and was offered 2 options chose one and was emailed back asking if I wouldn't like the 2nd option MAR 16 still waiting on replacement

16 days since I was told the item shipped. Finally asked for my money back. No answer. They answered every other email but did not answer this one. Meter may be great. Since this is in answer to request for a review about how easy it was to get a refund, maybe it was given and I am not aware of it yet. In any regard, a reply to my request would have been nice. I would suggest taking this review with a grain of salt. The real problem is the USPS, as we have issues with them all the time, and one email might have simply ben missed with a simple human error. Completely forgivable.

I’m not alone when I saw this. The older model was better. I liked the strips in the bottle. They are not easy for me to open.

The device is not accurate. While measuring multiple times one after the other, even within a short time frame of 5 minutes it delivers completely contrary readings (glucose at 86, 97, 92, 103 and after that 90. I reported it. The Keto-Mojo support has come back with answers that are not convincing at all. And in essence, they mean that whatever I do or however I measure I mess it up... I would have never bought it if I knew the low measurement quality... I am disappointed. This was for me a lot of money for such a poor quality.
