They sent the wrong strips. I emailed and no-one responded.

I Never recieved it. No clue what shippers you contract with but you should consider using normal delivery agents for your products

I like the company and excited about the product. I do feel the strip from the previous keto meter were better then the new strip. I am have a 50% success rate with blood being sucked up into the keto test strip. I never had this problem with the previous meter from keto mojo. Michael Franzino 603-703-6053

I ordered the updated meter in exchange for my older unit, which worked perfectly. The box of testing strips that I ordered in addition to the few strips that came with the unit were defective. Out of approximately 70 strips, 3 glucose strips worked, and maybe 25 ketone strips worked. I was sent a replacement box and so far none of the 6 glucose strips worked and 1 out of 3 ketone strips worked. Awful. I was told I was “put on a list of customers to call”. I would rather send everything back for a partial refund and find another brand/company.

I ordered my unit on 12/28/20 and I STILL don't have my order. I tried calling last Friday and left a message about this issue and I got no return phone call. I would never recommend this company.

I tried to take advantage of the the upgrade offer and wasn’t able to. I called 2 times and left a message and sent an email and got no response.

Never received product. Have received no help from customer service. They keep trying to pass a monkey onto their shipper but as far as I’m concerned if I pay someone for their product it is their responsibility to either get me the product or issue a refund. So far neither of these have happened.

Hi, how come you did not inform that there were not sterile lancets with the keto/gluco for all 60 strips? Now I am short of sterile lancets for the rest. Can I use a plain needle? Thanks Bo Biilmann

The GK+ meter works great. However, I am unable to successfully obtain new test strips from Keto-Mojo. I do not know if the fault is their shipping department, DHL, USPS or FedEx. The shipping department is the common link. I have a meter that I am unable to use.

Unimpressed. Took way longer to arrive than it should have. The screen was scratched up and I had to put in new batteries immediately. It took much longer to set up due to overly sensitive buttons and then it wouldn’t keep the settings I put in. Once I finally got those in I went through several ketone test strips before I could actually get a reading as it kept shutting off before the countdown from 9 to 1 could be completed. The strips are too expensive to waste like that. I don’t know if that reading is even correct. I emailed support and have yet to hear anything back. Total waste of almost $100. Very disappointing to say the least. I actually wonder if I didn’t get a previously used and returned product.

I have been a user of you ketone strips for years. I just purchased your new kit and would really like to return it and get credit for it! Reasons: New strip packaging is terrible. Hate the individual sealed strips. Very hard, time consuming and annoying to open. Liked larger old lancet device better. Glucose test strips are totally inaccurate by 30 - 40 points compared to my free style one touch. Have checked it’s results against actual lab tests and always very close. How do I get a refund? Can I still by the old keto strips for my existing device

I like the new Keto-Mojo meter much better than the last one. The old one was very frustrating for me. I used all my ketone strips but one, before I read somewhere from someone equally frustrated that you need to wait until the screen clears before putting blood on the strip. This new one doesn’t seem to have that same issue. I was happy to do the exchange and get a few more strips than I would normally pay for. I wish they were not as expensive to purchase. But all in all happy to get a deal and happy with the new meter.

It s so hard to fill the channel with blood . I don’t think I m going to use it .
