Does not beep even when I set beep to on. Cannot log in to my account. Forgot password but despite 2 tries will not send me an email to reset. Totally frustrated

I still have not received the items sent on 4th November and the service left a lot to be desired in order for me to get the products sent to me

No indication that old strips will NOT work in new device. Totally unacceptable!!!

Huge discrepancy between batches of test strips. One batch puts me 1.8 -2.3, the next .4 -1.1 with no change in diet or exercise program. I eat an extremely strict ketogenic clean diet, I should not see these kinds of changes. The only thing worse than no information is bad information.

Super unhappy with the keto gki. I feel it's not accurate at all. Really upset supplies are running and discounting for the keto mojo bluetooth as it's being discontinued. I upgraded and not happy to be honest.

I've requested a refund because the new strips are really difficult to use. I have 2 of the previous models. I was told too bad no refund because you opened the package. Ugh !

Had the old keto mojo, where very happy with it. Upgraded to the new one and absolutely hate it. We wasted so many strips trying to calibrate it, then even after the calibration, it is still jumping in readings significantly! New strips are flimsy, just overall very unhappy with the new one! Wish we could go back.

Ordered my test strips three weeks ago. Still have not gotten them! Tractor them over and we could go and supposedly they were in my town Pocatello now at 7:30 in Florida how many weeks or months does it take to get this product? Why can’t I buy them on Amazon anymore

I liked my old keto mojo better. The new one that I was forced to get as a trade in is harder to use and the new test strips are a pain in the butt too!

I do not care for the new meter. It is worse for the environment with all the extra packing per strip. Shameful.

Exchanged pieces of equipment my old equipment worked fine the new equipment will not sync with my phone is very frustrating

I am not happy with the new meter. It consistently reads 10 points higher than the old meter, AND READINGS FROM MY DOC USING PROFESSIONAL LAB TESTING. Quality tests I’ve done with your calibrating fluids, through 2 tests with 5 consecutive measurements each yielded average readings of 108.6 and 101.8. The control spec on the test tabs is 96-145 mg/dl, so the mid point is 120.5. These averages are extremely out of range. The last 12 readings I took during October (12) with my old Keto meter averaged 94. I would like this meter replaced, either with a new GK+ or the old model. Dave Sprinkle 7703664368

I'm very disappointed with your customer service. I've called twice and no one has called me back. I rec'd my new meter and wanted to start a fast but I could not get it to sync and still have not been able to get it working. Dr. Mindy recommended your device to me.

I placed my order on October 19th and tracking shows it’s been in Greensboro since 10/22. Highly upset about this $100 purchase that I have no received.
