It doesn't work. 6 of the 10 strips failed with error codes. I wasted my money because there is ZERO warranty on this product .

Don’t like Keto-Mojo’s Business practice of Texting people when they leave stuff in their shopping cart. I Do not recommend buying from a company that does this.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with our process. We do listen to our customers and will be speaking with our shopping cart company to see if we have a way to let our customers opt-out of receiving text messages if they include their phone number on the order. Our customer's privacy is very important to our company. As a small family-run company we are always trying to improve our systems and make our customers happy. But sometimes we do fail. We will continue to work on offering the best customer support and products that we can.

Item arrived opened, including the shipping envelope it was contained in. Obvious they stuffed everything in a bubble0envelope when it should not have been - shows lack of care for the product and customer. Will not be using in the future.

I ordered a KETO meter and extra strips. To date I have received the extra strips but no KETO meter. It has now been a two months since my initial order. It has been a month since I asked to an answer as to when my meter would arrive. I sent another request for information today as it still has not been received

Unable to deliver a package , twice on time , pathetic customer service and top of all lie to there customers about everything , keep on saying that we are trying to help but actually doing nothing

We paid for overnight shipping which is $25 or more dollars and we didn’t get the package for 5 whole days!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are very sorry the order did not arrive as you had expected. We have reviewed your order and found that your order was placed after the shipping cut off time for the date of the order. All orders must be placed before 5 am PST. Your order was placed at 11:42 am PST. This was past the time that we could process the shipping on your order. The package was shipped out the following business day Friday and arrived as promised on Monday. The shipping service selected ships and delivers Monday- Friday. We do not offer weekend or holiday shipping or delivery. We do have this information listed at checkout to avoid any confusion. If you will reach out to our customer support we will offer you a gift card for your frustration regarding the shipping that you can use on your next order. We do try very hard to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. We can only do what we have listed at checkout in regards to shipping. The only other option is the shipping service is not meeting your expectations would be to contact our Customer Support to see if we can have your order shipped using a different service that is not listed on the website.

What a waste of money on this machine. Cheaper versions of a product like this works better. I just want to return it.

Device works ok but rarely successfully syncs with my iPhone —> very frustrating!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keto mojo app 5 times on my iPhone to get a current sync —> not acceptable!!

did not resolve my problem I have to order new strips because the ones the were giving me errors were malfunctioning and they would not replace them so i just ordered new ones. worst customer service ever.

I’m still waiting on a call weeks later. Package arrived with missing item. And has not been resolved as of yet. Very unhappy so far with customer service.

Meter does not work unless you take the batteries in and out everytime I want to use it. Contacted company, they want me to spend time trying to troubleshoot it and email back and forth. I just don't have the time to fix something that should come ready to use.

The testing strip don't work. I've ordered from keto MOJO numerous times without issue. This time around I have to use 3 to 4 testing straps before a reading shows up. Everything else shows up as an error.

You wrote the wrong address and caused to lose my package and delay the delivery

We are very sorry that your product was delayed. We did send over the correct shipping address to our fulfillment company. There was a change in the address on the Shipping software. We do see that the fulfillment company made this mistake. Keto-Mojo does apologize and we are working with our fulfillment company to make sure the addresses that we send over are not changed.
