Struggled to get the strips to suck the blood especially when the qty was too low. Ketone levels showing up too low even after 20 hours of fasting

Did not get the control I solution THEN YOU DID NOT CALL ME BACK WHEN I LEFT A MESSAGE. so please refund my payment as the meter is useless with out the control solutions. YELP is where one complains about being cheated isn’t it? Pat Sax

Have to use two test strips to heck ketones each time -at a dollar a strip this is too expensive for me! First strip shows low then the second strip will give me a True reading. I wish I had my money back! Have not received any correspondence- no refund to be had!

They should really tell you before you purchase that it is non-refundable. Even their customer service admitted (once I finally got a real human being) that "The ketone strips are VERY tricky" I ordered a starter pack and watched all the videos and even had a friend that is diabetic and very well versed in these types of meters help me. Nothing worked. Not a single test worked and the same error message with all of them. (and the error message could mean too little blood or too much blood so it's really hard to figure out which one since it's the same message for either which they also don't cover in the videos) Their customer service is simply "if the product doesn't work it's your fault" very disappointing I think perhaps these meters are only for people who have really "normal" blood. If you have blood that comes out a little faster or a little slower, that clots a little faster or clots a little slower or maybe you're a little or alot anemic this meter is not for you. That's probably why the comments are turned off on all their videos. Too many people trying to tell you how it did NOT work. There must be some curation system that keeps the 1 star ratings from ever seeing the light of day.

It doesn't work. 6 of the 10 strips failed with error codes. I wasted my money because there is ZERO warranty on this product .

Don’t like Keto-Mojo’s Business practice of Texting people when they leave stuff in their shopping cart. I Do not recommend buying from a company that does this.

We do listen to our customers and will be speaking with our shopping cart company to see if we have a way to let our customers opt-out of receiving text messages if they include their phone number on the order. Our customer's privacy is very important to our company. As a small family-run company we are always trying to improve our systems and make our customers happy. But sometimes we do fail. We will continue to work on offering the best customer support and products that we can.

Item arrived opened, including the shipping envelope it was contained in. Obvious they stuffed everything in a bubble0envelope when it should not have been - shows lack of care for the product and customer. Will not be using in the future.

I ordered a KETO meter and extra strips. To date I have received the extra strips but no KETO meter. It has now been a two months since my initial order. It has been a month since I asked to an answer as to when my meter would arrive. I sent another request for information today as it still has not been received
