“All of a sudden it stopped syncing . I contacted them and I have been told several times that they are aware of the issue and that it will be fixed shortly. After asking again they said it would be 60 days for new features.. poor customer service.”

“Can't get it to work. Calibrates, but then returns E-F code when doing actual test strip reading. I have wasted about 6 keto test strips trying to get it to work.”

“It’s garbage. It’s unreliable. I can do multiple sequential tests moments apart and get widely varied readings each time. I just got refill containers of ketone strips and glucose strips. I am get E-U readings about half the time. I’m tired of wasting these strips. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this meter.”

“The prices are astronomical and trying to order the correct strips is a process. Thought I was ordering the correct strips, got the wrong ones. Being new to this whole diet, you'd think that this site would want to be easy”
