I had the worst customer service from your company! I emailed and call so many times and never got a response. I finally figured my issue out on my own. I have to say it was super frustrating....

I do not like the new strips, they are hard to open, takes much longer to get them open, plus they add to the landfill. I don't have extra time in the morning to add to this. Customer service did not address my issues, rather told me how others liked them and argued rather than listened. I wasn't aware of the non-refund policy. I would gladly have my older model back than use the new one. I can't the new one to sync with out several attempts. Not worth my time or money.

Poor as you hadn’t planned for Brexit and have been and still are unable to supply to the UK despite medical products being exempt from new checks and procedures even with Covid. Need to do a lot better.

Don’t like it. Not reliable and reads high glucose every time. Will give a different reading for glucose each time tested even when it is the same drop of blood on finger. Sending back!

New meter is not calibrating properly, and the readings didn't match lab blood draw. When I reached out to customer service I received and automated reply instructing me on how to use the meter. Repeated emails and unreturned phone calls have not resolved the issue.

My device is throwing an error code after I purchased new strips. I asked customer service why and they told me I needed GK strips. Purchased from their website- spent $100 overall - still doesn’t work

I am very disappointed that refills are so expensive. I am not interested in glucose strips. You refills are priced to that you need to buy both to get a better price. Please fix this.

I hate the new individually wrapped sticks. Even thou youve said they expire if you don’t do that in 6 months. These are Hard to get into. I wish you also offered them in a can like the old ones.

I thought I ordered the keto strips. I do not use the BG strips at all and I need to return these they are useless to me.

The old version of the monitor was awesome. I absolutely loved it. When I tried to reorder strips I was prompted to upgrade my meter, as the old one would eventually no longer be supported. The new meter is in my experience extremely unreliable and inaccurate. I reached out to the support team, and a specialist told me the new meter was far more sensitive than the old one and gave me some best practices to get accurate readings which included hand washing instead of using alcohol wipes, discarding the first drop of blood, and not pressing near the puncture. I gave it a solid week of testing. I’m fasting for 16 hours a day and eating only ten grams of carbs per day from leafy greens, absolutely no sugar, and hitting my protein and fat macros exactly. I just find it hard to believe that after three months of eating that way that my blood ketone level could be 0.4. I am extremely disappointed and asked for a refund for the meter as I’m starting get develop an anxiety complex about this. I’m just going to keep eating clean, and use weight loss or clothing as a metric. I would save your money.

Customer service was a joke, had problems with the meter and test solutions, the answer was just generic. You will read about your performance in my reviews on SM.

Product just quit working at the end of the year. Did troubleshooting and nothing worked to get it back up and running.
