I can’t seem to get the package I paid for. I’ve checked the address with you. It was mailed twice and it never seems to get here. I’ve put in lost package reports with the post office and everything. At this point I just want what I laid for or a refund Amazon has no problem getting things to me

A box came damaged. I’ve contacted the company and their response was that their warehouse manager says they never ship damaged items. I sent pics. I told them some of items in box were damaged. No one responded until I told them I had an opportunity to write a review and I wanted to give them a chance to respond. My last response I let them know I finally threw the box out because no one was responding. The response to that had nothing to do with what they asked me. This has been continuous and they are pushing back as if I did something wrong and after at least 10 emails there is still no resolution. This is very frustrating and upsetting as a new customer. Let them know that I was satisfied with the machinery/Keto-Mojo and that I just needed help with the one damaged box. I can’t get help with the one damaged box, which I have no discarded because I did not get timely responses either. My last response let them know that I threw away the damaged box, which I did send the photos of. Here is the response I was given after all I said was I threw away the damaged box: Hi Eileen, Thank you for the information. The strips are individually wrapped and protected. The exterior box itself has no impact on the strips. Keto-On! This makes no sense and did not correspond to the info asked. I am asking again for resolution, not push back as if I did something wrong. I am fully satisfied with w the Keto-Mojo itself. Oh and I see in the review that it asks about the return process. I would have been extremely happy to return the damaged box, as a matter of fact that would have been a great resolution. But no one offered ANY resolution. Hope you can help please. I tried outside of the review for help, support. Thank you.

I Hate the new strips packaging! Very frustrating trying to get into them. I finally just use scissors to cut it open

Let’s see I’m a disabled veteran and a government disability check machine from you a year and a half ago And then you discontinue the strips so I have to buy another machine which is a great machine both of them work but I don’t like the bait and switch Great product very disappointed in the way you run your business

Called customer service 2 x for help with new keto unit. It reads my ketosis level far from it's true level. I know this because of 4 years of ketosis living and readings. NOBODY has ever returned my call. Absolutely terrible custmer service. However, your marketing propoganda is among the best. One could almost believe you really do care.

Glucose strips are inaccurate 25 points on average against my doctor prescribed model. Can't buy just ketone strips from Amazon, all requests for support remains unanswered this is unacceptable behavior

The first unit I received was defective. I was told a new one was being shipped a few weeks ago. I still have not received it.

Website didn’t display order status correctly. Paid for expedited shipping and the order was still not shipped on time. Poor customer service.

I was having a hard time getting strips for my old meter so I got the new "improved" meter. However, the new meter no longer measures HCT and Hb. Very disappointing. I am having to go back and try to find strips for my old meter.

Overall experience is good, but I was surprised that no receipt receipt accompanied my order. I requested a receipt (including items ordered with prices) a week ago, but still have not received one. I need a receipt to claim this medical expense for my FSS, as I’m sure is the case for many other people. Why not just include the receipt, or just send it promptly when requested?

The product is good, but the strips are too expensive. And having them individually wrapped is annoying and produces too much waste. If you want to check 1 a day or even 2 this product is just not an affordable option. I may have to return to urine dip sticks.

I give keto-mojo, as a company a 1 star review, and here is why. 2 years ago, I purchased a meter at full price from Amazon. Now they no longer support that meter. It makes me think the meter is defective, but they never recalled it. When I went to order test strips I find out that it will now cost me almost $80 to get a new meter and test strips. They are being "gracious" and giving me a "free" meter.. But its not free. Its $80 for the strips and you have to send back old meter, which you pay for. And I am a retired 1st responder. They "proudly" advertise they give 1st responders and military a 15% discount. keto-mojo fails as a company because they REFUSE TO HONOR THE 15% DISCOUNT, saying they were already giving me a "free meter". I purchased the "free meter" and immediately regretted the decision after thinking about why the original meter is no longer supported and that they refuse to honor their 15% commitment to 1st responders and the military.

the app on the phone doesn't stay logged in so every time i take a test it takes 4 commands just to sync it on the phone.
