I rated Keto-Mojo 3 Stars or basically "acceptable" as a balance bewteen the product i purchased, the GK+ meter and it's customer support/service degree of service. The product i'd give 5 stars. It's good, the customer support well, one star would be a kindness, but their lack of response to my issue is disturbing. I was promised a reply and that has not happened. Here is the transcript of my 1 communication with Keto-Mojo. There has been no further response from them. KETO MOJO CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL 6/10/2022 JUNE 10 9:48 AM. Ken Saunders says: Control Solutions expire either six months from the date of opening or on the expiration date. Is your concern that you feel the expiration dates should be longer? 10:05 AM. You say: Considering i just purchased them, yes. In the past i managed 2 hospital specialty chem labs, this would be unacceptble from a vendor then and i find it to be now 10:06 AM. You say: ok, thank you. I DO understand the 6month life AFTER opening vials. Actually rather generous there i think 10:10 AM. You say: Yes i know that, but this product did not have a manufactured date as well. I'm left to conclude i have been sold "old" stock. 10:36 AM. Most everything has been great, however after using the Lancing device it no longer worked and had to order the Advanced Lancing device. Suggested to Support include the better device within the kits.

I occasionally waste a glucose strip because they're not perforated. PLEASE fix it. I almost bought a different system because of this

I do not like my new device. I LOVED my old device and y’all eliminated it. Now I have individual packets that are more difficult to get into, strips that are smaller and harder to handle, and a machine that needs to reset with a red liquid - and it’s already not giving out correct readings. I’m extremely disappointed.

I found it difficult to find what I was looking for on the website and as a result ordered the wrong item. The return process was challenging to navigate and I have yet to hear of my return was accepted.

In general this product is fine however glucose level is off - i compared it to two of my other meters and CGM monitor and the readings are way off - around 20 units, if you take insulin it may be kind of danger. Be sides that strips are kind of flimsy.

New meter is almost exactly like old one with the exemption I have a harder time getting it to sync up with my phone app. I just manually put day in. It's quicker. I like the new charts. My tests are drastically different from moderate to out of ketosis in same time frame.

I am a diabetic and I use the One Touch Vario. Their strips are in a container that is much easier to access than your individual wrapped strips and their capillary blood application setup is much easier then your. You can see the blood being pulled into the strip. Some good things are I compared the glucose reading in both instruments and they were the same and I do love the Ketone results.

Its not the product as much as it is the price. That makes me cringe to buy strips when im a diabetic trying to better myself by loseing weight on keto but dont have a lot of extra money to spend.

No too happy with the strip wrappers. I understand it is to keep them longer. I liked the little containers on the older model.

It was not obvious to me that the meter required a strip inserted to enable testing, instead of using the button to turn it on. I found that frustrating. But it is a good meter.
