“The new glucose test strips are great but the new ketone strips do not work at all in my device. I know the device is fine because I still had a few from the past and they work just fine. Can someone explain what has happened?”

“The machine itself is great! I gave it a 3 because the keto/glucose sticks are very difficult to get out of packaging. I'm a pediatric endocrinology nurse so I test children's glucose levels all day. If I had to use these individual packaged sticks I would run behind in patient care. Why not just fill a plastic container with sticks? So because of the difficulty opening the sticks I don't check as often.”

“The lancets need to be longer. It is difficult to get the blood droplets even if I use 5 as the lancet setting.”

“I love the product, but a 1st star demerit for difficulty syncing from the GK+ device on my iPhone to the MyMojoHealth app, and a 2nd star dmerit finding a way to contact support. I finally heard about accessing support from the Facebook page, so on Monday I'll see what I can do about syncing! I look forward to a K-M 5-star rating!”

“1.I am having issues with syncing with IPhone applications. Sometimes it syncs sometimes it doesn’t 2. I never was able to tag “before food” or “after food “ 3. You should add feature-ability to remove datapoint (not just hide) 4. Please add feature for multiple users”

“Individually packed strips kind of a pain in the ass. Meter does not seem to get repeatable readings dependably. App works good however it’s taken a while to figure out what all the advanced graphs represent. A page with an explanation of then would be beneficial. The lancet tool is not great. I use a multi lancet from Accucheck instead where I only have to reload every 6 times.”

“Blood meter is fine, but the app has a mediocre interface and isn't intuitive. Some issues with synching. The cost of the strips on an ongoing basis would be better lower.”

“The keto mojo is easy to use, and I like that you can sync with the app. However, the test ranges vary greatly. For example, one morning my ketones measured 0.9. I questioned being that high, so I checked the controls and repeated the test, and the repeat was 1.3. I tested again, and it was 0.7. Results are not to be trusted.”

“Print on manual small, can't turn off alarms, not sure why I need to check my unit with solutions( ? ). Figured out syncing but with 2 apps confusing. ..eventually it worked.”

“The reponses to my issues were accepable and no problem. The problem's are; 1. How to use meter should be fine tuned and written so a really new person (who I was) is able to easiy move from step to step without confusion. The videos should zoom in on the parts of the meter and Lancing device being discussed ... the video does not do this. ( I have extensive experience in writing really simple instructions to lay people for them to understand how to dispatch medical emergencies at a medical answering service ) I've found that the people that are the experts in using equipment should not be writing the how to use it manual. 2. When I finally figured out how to use the meter after about 5 times of trial and error I noticed that the meter does not measure the Gluecose and Ketones the same. To get the GKI index you have to convert the meter's Gluecose mg/dl to mmol/L a real pain if you don't use the app. This is a serious flaw and should be looked into.”

“Good sales on the device but just so you can ALWAYS pay full price for everything else you need to use it. no sales ever on strips or testing fluid, not even on black Friday/cyber Monday. Should have some programs to help make things more affordable for disabled people on a low fixed income. Shipping usually takes too long. Everything else is great but you really need to do something to make it more affordable for those that need it, even if it's periodic sales so we can stock up then (most people that can afford it will still buy at full price whenever they need it) I can't test myself nearly as much as needed because of the price. I know your a company trying to make money but I want to believe the company started with the goal of helping people get healthier. I think it would be a real good look for your company if you made some program for disabled and poor people to save some money.”

“I like the device, it seems very accurate However I ordered glucose strips about 2 weeks ago from your website and I’m still waiting. That doesn’t work for me Why can’t we order just the glucose strips off of Amazon?? Also, the packaging of the strips is difficult to open. Of course it’s just a tear open but it’s tough.”
