“No too happy with the strip wrappers. I understand it is to keep them longer. I liked the little containers on the older model.”

“It was not obvious to me that the meter required a strip inserted to enable testing, instead of using the button to turn it on. I found that frustrating. But it is a good meter.”

“I have reached out twice on how to obtain or retrieve my previous readings from my keto mojo machine , but all I get is to check the FAQs which is of no help to me . So frustrated !”

“These metal packets that the the keto strips come in are very difficult to open. I know you're trying to keep the sticks fresh but they were much easier in the pill bottle style container they were in. I can't see how old people could actually get these out without cutting the packet. If you don't have scissors oh, you could be in trouble”

“It’s easy to use & accurate. The app still needs some work. It’s cumbersome when trying to get your GKI. There’s no reason why the meter can’t automatically calculate & save this. Would make it much more user friendly. Also, don’t know why it powers down when swapping out test strips.”

“Since the upgrade to the gk+ model I find myself missing the consistency in function from the older model. The GK+ when it works it’s great, but once you run out of battery or get an error it seems like the unit is bricked. Very specific battery replacement options, not universal or accepting of all batteries and that’s rough. I hope it improves in the future.”

“My recent purchase went a bit haywire. My error originally, I thought I had changed my delivery address, but apparently, I did not save it properly, so my order went to my old address. When I noticed my error I contacted your company, the person assisted me in taking care of my order. But now I have been waiting Since December 11th. Not real happy with the turnaround on the shipping of my order. The original Date of order was December 6th.”

“The lancet device is not working for me(VERY FRUSTRATING), so I have resorted to another lancet device; the actual ketone/glucose measuring device works fine, & I was able to synch it to my phone”

“As far as company review, I am still waiting on mailing label to send my old unit back. Also, not happy that I can no longer get the testing strips for older model. I don’t need all the bells and whistles of the new model. That was a terrible move on your part in my opinion. If people want to upgrade, let them but don’t force us too. I am now on my third keto mojo. I had the original, then the newer one from that and now this one. Also the packaging of the test strips is horrendous!! I had to go buy small scissors to be able to open them. What was wrong with the canisters?”

“Delivery was very efficient quick and hassle free... but this time the strips seemed a bit difficult to open... like it was old or what I don't know... but it seems too compressed and I have a tough time getting the strip out of the cover... never had that experience in my earlier strip which came as part of the bundle I had bought... thankfully strip are working fine..”

“Have been using the keto mojo tester for a couple of years but recently had to change to the new one because the strips were no longer available for the older one. So very disappointed in the way the strips are packaged individually. My husband is 78 years old and has a very difficult time opening them up each time to test. Even with scissors they are difficult. If we had known this we probably would have changed over to a different tester as this is very difficult to deal with on a daily basis.”
