“Took almost 2 weeks for delivery. MUCH faster if I buy through Amazon”

“I had multiple issues with syncing. Two out of three were very helpful, so that makes customer service average. FYI- when providing service the use of acronyms and jargon are never helpful. As far as the device it would also be helpful to have more information on what the data means.”

“I’m not a fan of the single package strips. The containers were a lot quicker and less waste. As far as the device, it’s only day one and I have a lot of reading to do to understand all the functions. Personally I liked the older version better. Will see I suppose.”

“Strips take a tiny sample. It seems like the portal is so narrow that the blood can’t flow in fast enough to the end before the meter starts counting. Results differ when compared to another meter’s strips consistently.”

“I had to purchase a new Keto-Mojo as my older one was not longer supported. I do not like the new system of individually wrapped testing strips. They are very difficult to access. I find no advantage to the extra cost of having to purchase a new testing device and testing strips. Not a happy camper, and I felt like I wasted my money.”

“I think the price of the ketone test strips are too high, and that shipping takes a bit too long but what can we do? Keto-mojo knows that we’ll continue shopping with them anyway. 🙄 The products are accurate and easy to use.”

“As mentioned in previous review, the strips are good but my machine (new) goes ok until the strip is inserted , then nothing. No countdown or result readout. Please help me. I need this to work properly.”

“Not sure why so many things changed on the updated glucometer. Strips are in individual packaging which isn’t as convenient as before, ketones sometimes don’t read exact (low and high instead of actual number), added solution to check accuracy (another step), but nicer case. Overall good upgrades but hoping they don’t keep coming out with more changes resulting in having to purchase/trade in additional meters.”

“Just like the old one. However, the new meter has less acceptable blood collection sticks, which are more difficult to remove from their covers, and a poor ejector button location, and offers no new advantages that help me over the old unit. I would advise others to just keep the old meter and wait until a better unit is released.”

“I reached out via phone to get an answer as to why my brand new GK+ was not in the specified keto range when using the control solution. I have yet to receive a response. I can’t be comfortable trusting my ketone readings because of this.”

“Not a fan of the new testing strips. I've received a box that had about half of the ketone foil packets empty, and I'm not convinced of the accuracy of my current box.”

“First off it forced us to update to a new unit. For some reason my unit does not want to fully sync. It has been saying the same thing for hours. The strip packets are a pain to open. How far down does the lancet go. There must be a better reliable way for this to fit in.”
