“The meter is fine although I don’t think the upgrade was unnecessary. It is the test strips I am unhappy with. They are harder to see the blood drawn up into the strips and almost impossible for me to get them out of the individual packages. I am looking for another brand now.”

“I am providing this review of 3stars because of my experience with the customer support member. 2 Days back the strip was not sucking blood at all. I tried 5 or 6 strips and all of them behaved the same. When I tried a different batch, it worked well. when I reported this incident, I was told to record a video. How can I record one again? I cannot replicate this unless I keep trying again and again. Sometimes commonsense need to be applied. Looks like these CSR's are working purely based on prerecorded scripts”

“I don't like it. This new machine I cannot trust to be accurate. The new test strips with the new solutions (neither of the solutions or test strips are expired) but the testing was no where in the correct range. Now I cannot trust this to be accurate. The old machine was easier to program with the test strips. I like the old one way better and I could trust it. I already sent it back so I don't have it. I am very disappointed 😞”

“I lost the 1st meter I purchased a year or so back. So, I ordered a new one. So, when I received my new meter, the 100 previous strips I have do not fit in it. I am VERY disappointed!”

“Latest Keto-Mojo GK+ runs okay, not as simple as previous Keto-Mojo (TD-4279). New test strips are not as easy to insert and, especially keto strip, do not pull blood from drop as efficiently as strips used for previous K-M.”

“I don't like that you need to use a strip to test and calibrate the machine. I also find the machine shows an error each time I attempt to sync and I have to repeat the action.”

“My GK+ meter arrived quickly and is working well, but your app is not compatible with my cell phone's Android operating system. As a result, my appreciation for the new meter is limited to "acceptable." (I would have preferred to be much happier with it.) I tried to go through the Keto-Mojo web site to submit a question, and I was never able to contact anybody.”

“I purchased the keto-mojo last June, and while I have no issues with the product, it is now unavailable to purchase from Amazon. So, only after 6 months, I had a difficult time trying to order. I use Amazon for ease/convenience and now I can no longer find the strips for ketones there. Not very happy with this.”

“Im super happy with the product, but i would have liked a clear instruction with the equipment. And also some explanation, what are normal values, and when is it very good .. or not good. I think I saw, that you have some webpage, I bought byuing the product. But I haven’t found it. Maybe enclose a letter, telling buyers where to find further information ?”

“I'm not crazy about the re-designed GKI meter. The re-positioned testing strip eject feels less ergonomic. The individually packaged testing strips are annoying to handle and seem environmentally less friendly. On the plus side, blue tooth connectivity to an app is great!”

“I purchased Keto Mojo with a discount. I think that the discount should be displayed in the first moment in the product detail, and not at the end of the purchase. I was confused, and didn't ended the purchase some times because the price was always the same.”

“Meter does not sync with heads up health. To access info it is necessary to manually access the data and enter it manually into heads up health. The foil packets that these strips come in are cumbersome to use and messy.”

“I don't want to upgrade my meter and felt like the site was pushing me to buy the new meter. I love my current meter and want to continue using it so I hope you make the ketone strips available on amazon. It seems as if you are trying to phase the old one & it's accessories out. I can appreciate the new product but don't want to feel like that is my only option.”
