Its alright, I'm not real impressed with the new strips in the packaging. Hard to open and if you aren't careful you will tear the whole strip in half.

Gracias

I previously had a device and upgraded when my test strips were no longer available. I am not loving the ergonomics of the new meter. It is awkward to hold and insert the strips, I often have to turn the meter around backwards to get the angle correct. The eject button is also not placed as well as in the previous model. I also have to turn it upside down to get it to work. I am not pleased with the waste of plastic with the individually packaged ketone and glucose strips. If this was my first meter I would be very tempted to return it and try and breath meter. The only plus was that Keto-Mojo upgraded my meter for free since I was already a customer.

The device itself is nice and easy to use IF it works fine. Sadly, I often have connectivity issues - the app won't recognize the device, although it is visible for the phone itself via settings / bluetooth connections.

It was not my fault my merchandise went back to you and I had to pay again the shipping premium.

Like the ability to test ketones and glucose. Dislike that the company has removed the ability to test Hb.

I think it’s hard to work

The strips are individually wrapped and annoying. I prefer the bottle.

It was fair enough to basically give a free upgrade, but the old meter and strips were just way easier to use. Its a little harder to get the strip in the slot, frustrating to try and get the strips out of the individual packs, and harder to see that the blood sample has been sucked in when you use it. Also tired of everything needing to be linked to a phone, we already spend too much time on them as is. Just more complicated like everything in life now is...

I left a very poor review on the KG+ meter and have heard nothing in return. The original meter I purchased is far superior and I've gone back to using it.

I liked the original better.

Instructions were a little hard to follow to begin with. Only need the keto test strips so glucose test strips are a waste and ketone test strips were very few.

I don’t like the foiled strips at all

I like the Keto-mojo itself but I do not like the packaging of the strips. They are difficult to open. I much prefer them in a container.

The "updated" meter is less intuitive and the buttons are less convenient to use than the last meter. Can't judge the accuracy. The finger pricking device does seem to reliably produce enough blood for an adequate test, so fewer E-U codes and wasted strips.

I'm feeling a bit railroaded into the recent change from the original devices to the newer GKI model and test strips. I had an original non-bluetooth device earlier in the year and purchased the bluetooth adapter for it. Then felt that a newer technology would be better based on understanding that the device I had was much older, so purchased the bluetooth model. Now, a few months later, the ketone and glucose strips were suddenly discontinued from Amazon where I was getting them from. The App started showing "an exclusive offer" for a new GKI device that turns out to not be exclusive at all. All the marketing and keto-mojo ordering is pointing to the new device. All the ways I was purchasing supplies stopped and were changed for only the new device. I'm still working through the last of my old supplies (though I will have an unused glucose test strip container based on timing of orders that I can't get a refund on). Maybe this new device and supplies are better but I felt like I never had a reasonable choice without starting over entirely and was manipulated into this new direction. Will it happen again next year? There are a lot of reviews about the stability and reliability of this company, but I'm feeling taken advantage of. When will the costs of these supplies start increasing? When will I be pushed into a new device again? Yeah, a mix of my own process and choices along with marketing and supply chain control, but it's left a bad taste in my mouth.

great product! I could not speak any more highly about the impact it has, helping me navigate major weight loss. But, it was not clear that there are two different models with incompatible strips. This mistake cost me $50 in supplies :( I'm still also not clear on version migrations: For example, can i give my old device to someone and can they track their own results separate from mine? Can i just start using my new device without lose of continuity of data.

I like the machine. I do not like the new strips in foil. They are too hard for me to open
