“I had been very happy with Keto-Mojo products until recently. I had been using the model TD-4279 for several years when I was doing the keto diet on and off, until I was diagnosed with type II diabetes in June. I wanted to start tracking my blood glucose daily on the app, so I then bought the Bluetooth capable V4 in July, not knowing they were about introduce a new model and stop supporting the v4 on the app. I was doing fine tracking glucose and ketones until a week ago, without warning, keto mojo stopped supporting the v4. I had seen the trade in offer on the app and even filled out the form to trade, but never heard back by email, text, or mail. Very poor customer service in my opinion.”

“I feel the number of keto sticks very inadequate. Just learning how to do it wasted quite a few. Then I really questioned buying more. I feel the black case is more then inadequate and very cheaply and poorly designed. Presently I’m just using the glucose sticks so it was a very expensive glucose meter. All in all a big waste of money. Sorry, you wanted me to be honest. Doubt that you will send me more ketone sticks. Rachel Formolo”

“I am conflicted in how I feel about the new meter. I noticed that it does not provide you as much information as the old one did, for example, the hemoglobin. I do like the built in blue-tooth (wifi would be better). I don't like the new individually wrapped test strips. I would rather have them in a case like the previous versions. It becomes a hassle to have to open each strip individually. I understand some customers and situations could make this a better option. Maybe allow us to choose how we receive them?”

“The mojo works good, BUT we are 2 users an can’t make 2 Profils in the app, so we seen ever the values of all tests. Also after make glucose test it goes off, then make on and test ketones, thats a very stupid bug in the mojo.”
