“From now on I will purchase from Amazon instead of directly through the Keto-Mojo web store. Your choice of shipping with DHL then their transfer to USPS continues to be extremely slow and unreliable. I don't appreciate spending my time to repeatably track the delivery to find out why it is two weeks late and then lost some where in transit. I suggest that you change to FedEx or UPS. In the meantime, the extra buck or two is worth buying from Amazon and I'll always get delivery in 2 or 3 days.”

“We have two different Glucose monitors and the readings differ greatly. What can we do to check if the keto-mojo reading is correct. For example, Keto-mojo shows 98 as fasting glucose and another glucose meter we own shows 121. Is there any way to check the accuracy of the keto-mojo? Thanks, Britta”

“The stabby thing stabs. The blood things do their blood things (and do it expensively). The elf inside the box does his thing and gives me numbers. The bluetooth sends the info my phone. Keto Mojo gets 3 stars because it does what it should. There's nothing overly impressive about it. It works. It should. The app works. It should. What it doesn't do? Sync with anything that I actually already use. The best that can be done (right now 8/4/2020) is me paying an additional $9/month for another service. Woooo! Yay! Hoorray! So, if a friend came to me and said, "Hey dude! I wanna go keto. Should I buy a Keto Mojo" my answer would be a solid, "I guess." Then I'd steal the cheese and pepperoni off of his slice of pizza and leave him with the crust.”

“I bought the keto mojo and I’m happy for the most part , I’m just not sure what to make of my readings .. I have other meters and they usually read the same and my keto mojo is always off by about 20 points or so every time. I’m speaking of my glucose readings”

“Could be great if the app was good but the app stopped working (uploading results and tracking) after two days. Now I have to do the GKI math myself. The tester itself is fine. Watch the use videos first to avoid wasting strips.”

“It’s replacing the one that’s not working properly. The lancet broke. Someone from your team promised to send another but never did. And the Bluetooth connection has failed. So I ordered another with the Bluetooth integrated. How many stars should I give you?”

“Here's the thing, I love this product, HOWEVER I test several times a day as I experiment with food and fasting to fine tune my plan. So the strips last a couple weeks....which is fine if they would offer a discount for ordering 100, 150 or more ketone strips at a time. They do not. I've asked their super friendly and responsive customer service staff. They are really great and have a great product, just hate that part....”

“I read the instruction manual and follow along with her videos I found it extremely hard to test my key tones. I wasted 8 strips four different times before I finally was able to video chat with my friend who showed me specifically how to do it. the information on the website was not helpful to me and the instruction manual is incomplete. In numerous emails with the customer service rep they never offered any kind of discount on my keto strips even though I used 8 trying to make it work. They did try to help using videos and tutorials though. Once I learned from. My friend it seems to work well.”

“I couldn't get the tare feature to work, had to carefully cut around strip with scissors to get keto strip out. Individual pack is a great idea if the tear strip worked. Otherwise produce is very similar to Keto-Mojo but at a cheaper strip price.”

“The product is excellent so far. I had issues with delivery, first the tracking number was incorrect, after I got the correct one it turned out that the address was not correct (I gave good one). The Keto-mojo colleagues were helpful and answered within one day every time!”

“Like most things about the monitor BUT the glucose and keto sticks pricetag is WAY out of most people’s budgets. Including mine! Long term it will be cheaper to switch to a different monitor with more fair-priced sticks; which are available as I’ve done the research.”
