“my only complaint is the ketone strips are really expensive and about 7 to 10 of them popped an error and were unusable, other than that great device. also I think that the kit should come with a control bottle to prove accuracy.”

“The app is a bit of a letdown. It doesn't track your results in a meaningful way with graphs etc. For that type of data collection you must sign up for "heads up" an app you have to pay for (and use yet another app). The meter doesn't auto connect to the blue tooth, you have to manually connect every time you want to upload results. Not as high-tech as I expected. I want to log my blood sugar and ketones quickly in 1 app and not have to pay 9.99/month to see it on a graph. However, the meter is big, easy to read, easy to use, and the strips are really reasonably priced.”

“Works without difficulty. Unfortunately the app only records your ketone levels - it doesn’t provide any kind of charts or integrates with HealthKit to show weight loss along with levels, etc”

“The Keto mojo is great and I love it. It’s easier to use and super simple to set up. The only thing I don’t like is that it is crazy expensive for the kit and it costs a 1.00 each for the ketone testing strips.”

“I ordered a canister of 50ketone test strips and you sent me 5 canisters of 10 each. this means I have to re-register the lot number for each 10. This is an inconvenience that I did not expect to have.”

“Works great. I occasionally get a strip that does not read but I thinks it's an issue with me not getting a good drop into the strip. Is very quick, easy to use and convenient and really helps me see how my body reacts to different foods. Update : The glucose strips fail to read about half the time or more. So while they're about 1/3 the price of ketone steps they end up costing about as much to use. Could be a bad batch. The carry pouch is pretty terrible so you'll want to devise your own solution for travel.”

“I already did my review and my comment was "you need to offer additional lancets on your website." I need to order more and you do not have them available, so I had to go in search somewhere else. You state you want to now if you have addressed any issues or anything else you can do, but you have not responded to my comments, so I can't give you a "Very Good" rating.”

Hi Jamie, We're sorry, we had some technical issues with our review software and missed some of the older reviews. Thank you for your feedback. Our lancet device uses generic lancets that can be purchased locally at any Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, or similar store. They can also be found on Amazon and other online stores. But we also understand the convenience of purchasing them all in one place, so we are working on carrying them here as well. You should see this in the next couple months. Again, we apologize for the late response but we do hear you and are working to help!

“Fast shipping but I was surprised when my 50 ketone strips came as five packages of 10 strips. It was inconvenient to have all theses bottles flying on vacation. Disappointing.”

Hello, I just checked your order. You ordered our 30 pack of ketone strips which very clearly states that it is 3 x 10 strips. You also ordered our 50 pack of Glucose strips which come all in one vial. So you should have gotten a total of 4 vials. Please contact us if this is not correct.

“The strips are overpriced, and frequency of bad strips are too common. Otherwise it is an acceptable product that is cheaper than the already exorbitantly high prices of strips from competing brands.”

“The meter technology is solid and price point is fair. However, in today's interconnected computer society, features such as wifi connect and PC download of the data are very much missed in this product. As an R&D engineer, I see a market for a product these features given our aging, health conscious, computer savvy population. Best Regards, Garry Mercaldi”
