“Works great. I occasionally get a strip that does not read but I thinks it's an issue with me not getting a good drop into the strip. Is very quick, easy to use and convenient and really helps me see how my body reacts to different foods. Update : The glucose strips fail to read about half the time or more. So while they're about 1/3 the price of ketone steps they end up costing about as much to use. Could be a bad batch. The carry pouch is pretty terrible so you'll want to devise your own solution for travel.”

“I already did my review and my comment was "you need to offer additional lancets on your website." I need to order more and you do not have them available, so I had to go in search somewhere else. You state you want to now if you have addressed any issues or anything else you can do, but you have not responded to my comments, so I can't give you a "Very Good" rating.”

Hi Jamie, We're sorry, we had some technical issues with our review software and missed some of the older reviews. Thank you for your feedback. Our lancet device uses generic lancets that can be purchased locally at any Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, or similar store. They can also be found on Amazon and other online stores. But we also understand the convenience of purchasing them all in one place, so we are working on carrying them here as well. You should see this in the next couple months. Again, we apologize for the late response but we do hear you and are working to help!

“Fast shipping but I was surprised when my 50 ketone strips came as five packages of 10 strips. It was inconvenient to have all theses bottles flying on vacation. Disappointing.”

Hello, I just checked your order. You ordered our 30 pack of ketone strips which very clearly states that it is 3 x 10 strips. You also ordered our 50 pack of Glucose strips which come all in one vial. So you should have gotten a total of 4 vials. Please contact us if this is not correct.

“The strips are overpriced, and frequency of bad strips are too common. Otherwise it is an acceptable product that is cheaper than the already exorbitantly high prices of strips from competing brands.”

“The first kit, well the only one right now. I only received 10 testing strips. Failed most of them not realizing the strip has to be in the device at the time of testing. So 7 of them are failed. 2 successful. 1 left.”

“You do not provide free testing fluid with your meter or strips. Your testing fluid is expensive (if you can order it). Unable to verify accuracy due to lack of testing fluid. Have Ketone fluid on order... Glucose fluid not available. Can not recommend until I check accuracy.”

“The meter technology is solid and price point is fair. However, in today's interconnected computer society, features such as wifi connect and PC download of the data are very much missed in this product. As an R&D engineer, I see a market for a product these features given our aging, health conscious, computer savvy population. Best Regards, Garry Mercaldi”

“Not as straightforward to use as people may need if they have no experience with such devices. Also, for those of us on a ketogenic diet, it is hard to find a scale or values to compare our results to in the documentation provided. Maybe a nice cheat sheet”

“The thing that needs to improve is the repeatable accuracy. On several occasions I’ve done 6 readings back to back with the same blood/finger (readings varied by as much as 0.4 from the initial reading. That’s a huge difference and can mean the difference between ketosis or not. I find myself doing a few readings at a time and then averaging them out to get more accurate readings and then suddenly strips become expensive. Dial in the repeatable accuracy.”

“Customer service regarding my concerns of broken meter. It’s still reading but I’m not sure how accurate because it does a weird flashing thing when I put glucose strip in. I stated my concerns and I received a way to spend more money to see if the device is faulty. Instead of being mailed whatever testing mechanism for the meter free of charge or just sent a new one. You would have made more money on my ketone test strips as a long term loyal customer. I mean I test everyday both glucose and ketones so you do the math. I’ve spent about $300 with you already and I’m probably not going to continue. I do appreciate the fact that they are the cheapest ketone strips as of right now. But I can wait for another company to come out with cheaper ones. Keto is becoming more mainstream and soon you’ll have plenty of competition.”

“The initial price and usefulness of the product is good. However the included instructions are very unclear, and even watching the video doesn't really help. I have probably wasted 15 sticks trying to get the blood in. I also dont understand what the codes are for and its not made clear why those are important. The included case is also clunky and if I put the device and the sticks tube into the spots they are supposed to go in, it doesnt really close right. It would be better if there were pockets or something. I also dont like pricking myself. I am thinking hard about moving to the ketostix breath device instead, but this product is an somewhat inexpenesive way to test myself so I am happy for that”
