“Ok, glucose readings are different then my other two meters. Concerns about its accuracy!”

“Strips work as they should, but I hate that that they are individually wrapped. It serves no apparent purpose and just makes it a hassle to check my glucose and ketones. PLEASE go back to using standard containers for the strips.”

“The new strips are a pain in the butt to get out of the little packages. Also they don't react as fast as the original ones. Other than that I guess they work ok. Had I known what a pain they are I wouldn't have switched, live and learn. ,”

“Shipping of order was slow and communication when order was shipped provided information that wasn't picked up for two days. Test strips for checking ketones is overpriced which forces me to be very restrictive using them during a fast.”

“The products seem fine. The shipping practice - results in crushed test strips. Please upgrade to sturdy, protective boxes. Shippers can drop 140lbs five feet down onto the top of your products. You need more than a plastic bag with bubble wrap.”

“I've ordered 180 strips (3 x 60) glucose strips, but unfortunately, there was no communication with me from Keto-Mojo in regards to the issues with the shipping company (GLS) when they were stuck in Calais (France) or Dover (UK). It is when I sent an email to ask the reason of the delivery delay, I was told there were some problems to enter the UK. However, One of your members of staff handled well the situation, apologised and gave me the refund upon my request.”

“The glucose meter is 10 points off of my normal Dario later I can’t do that. I’ve requested help before and was not given a return answer I’m thinking of returning the product help”

“You offered to replace my unit with your new unit when I contacted you about wide glucose readings (within same seconds) with my "old" unit. I wanted to understand why the flucuations were happening, but never received a response to that question - only a thorough reviewing of past readings followed by the offer on the new unit. I'm one of those that likes to understand "why" so I was disappointed not to receive any response as to why the ketone readings would be consistent but not glucose. Possible the strips went bad or some other variable not associated with the meter which might have extended the life of my "old" meter. In the end I ordered the new unit and that process went very smoothly.”

“Its alright, I'm not real impressed with the new strips in the packaging. Hard to open and if you aren't careful you will tear the whole strip in half.”

“No tiene opción de cambiar de idioma , realmente soy muy mala en inglés y tanto el aparato Keto-Mojo como el libro y todo está en inglés sin opción de cambiar, es muy frustrante para mí y me cuesta mucho entender el funcionamiento. Espero que lo solucionen pronto, porque no se me registra lo de keto-mojo en la aplicación del móvil y no sé cómo va mi evolución. Gracias”

“I previously had a device and upgraded when my test strips were no longer available. I am not loving the ergonomics of the new meter. It is awkward to hold and insert the strips, I often have to turn the meter around backwards to get the angle correct. The eject button is also not placed as well as in the previous model. I also have to turn it upside down to get it to work. I am not pleased with the waste of plastic with the individually packaged ketone and glucose strips. If this was my first meter I would be very tempted to return it and try and breath meter. The only plus was that Keto-Mojo upgraded my meter for free since I was already a customer.”

“The device itself is nice and easy to use IF it works fine. Sadly, I often have connectivity issues - the app won't recognize the device, although it is visible for the phone itself via settings / bluetooth connections.”

“It was fair enough to basically give a free upgrade, but the old meter and strips were just way easier to use. Its a little harder to get the strip in the slot, frustrating to try and get the strips out of the individual packs, and harder to see that the blood sample has been sucked in when you use it. Also tired of everything needing to be linked to a phone, we already spend too much time on them as is. Just more complicated like everything in life now is...”

“I left a very poor review on the KG+ meter and have heard nothing in return. The original meter I purchased is far superior and I've gone back to using it.”
