“App shouldn't need gps and I have to manually add everything because two people use the same device.”

“I purchased the keto-mojo last June, and while I have no issues with the product, it is now unavailable to purchase from Amazon. So, only after 6 months, I had a difficult time trying to order. I use Amazon for ease/convenience and now I can no longer find the strips for ketones there. Not very happy with this.”

“Im super happy with the product, but i would have liked a clear instruction with the equipment. And also some explanation, what are normal values, and when is it very good .. or not good. I think I saw, that you have some webpage, I bought byuing the product. But I haven’t found it. Maybe enclose a letter, telling buyers where to find further information ?”

“I'm not crazy about the re-designed GKI meter. The re-positioned testing strip eject feels less ergonomic. The individually packaged testing strips are annoying to handle and seem environmentally less friendly. On the plus side, blue tooth connectivity to an app is great!”

“I purchased Keto Mojo with a discount. I think that the discount should be displayed in the first moment in the product detail, and not at the end of the purchase. I was confused, and didn't ended the purchase some times because the price was always the same.”

“Meter does not sync with heads up health. To access info it is necessary to manually access the data and enter it manually into heads up health. The foil packets that these strips come in are cumbersome to use and messy.”

“I don't want to upgrade my meter and felt like the site was pushing me to buy the new meter. I love my current meter and want to continue using it so I hope you make the ketone strips available on amazon. It seems as if you are trying to phase the old one & it's accessories out. I can appreciate the new product but don't want to feel like that is my only option.”

“Strips work as they should, but I hate that that they are individually wrapped. It serves no apparent purpose and just makes it a hassle to check my glucose and ketones. PLEASE go back to using standard containers for the strips.”

“The new strips are a pain in the butt to get out of the little packages. Also they don't react as fast as the original ones. Other than that I guess they work ok. Had I known what a pain they are I wouldn't have switched, live and learn. ,”

“Shipping of order was slow and communication when order was shipped provided information that wasn't picked up for two days. Test strips for checking ketones is overpriced which forces me to be very restrictive using them during a fast.”

“The products seem fine. The shipping practice - results in crushed test strips. Please upgrade to sturdy, protective boxes. Shippers can drop 140lbs five feet down onto the top of your products. You need more than a plastic bag with bubble wrap.”

“I've ordered 180 strips (3 x 60) glucose strips, but unfortunately, there was no communication with me from Keto-Mojo in regards to the issues with the shipping company (GLS) when they were stuck in Calais (France) or Dover (UK). It is when I sent an email to ask the reason of the delivery delay, I was told there were some problems to enter the UK. However, One of your members of staff handled well the situation, apologised and gave me the refund upon my request.”

“The glucose meter is 10 points off of my normal Dario later I can’t do that. I’ve requested help before and was not given a return answer I’m thinking of returning the product help”

“You offered to replace my unit with your new unit when I contacted you about wide glucose readings (within same seconds) with my "old" unit. I wanted to understand why the flucuations were happening, but never received a response to that question - only a thorough reviewing of past readings followed by the offer on the new unit. I'm one of those that likes to understand "why" so I was disappointed not to receive any response as to why the ketone readings would be consistent but not glucose. Possible the strips went bad or some other variable not associated with the meter which might have extended the life of my "old" meter. In the end I ordered the new unit and that process went very smoothly.”
