“I paid for the product, the amount was charged to my credit card, you did not send the product I bought, had to do a lot of back and forth with your support, you only sent an email to me once and did not follow up, after a while I saw the junk mail saw your email and it is when I started the interaction with your support. I am hesitant to keep on getting your products.”

“My wife and I have just embarked on our Keto journey, and having looked around at the monitors available, chose Keto/Mojo. Online, the products looked good quality, although not the least expensive. Ordering was easy and delivery was swift. The app is comprehensive and straightforward to use, and so is the product. Having tried the monitor out, we decided to go with it and ordered full packs of the testing strips, which again arrived promptly. Throughout this process of getting to know the product and monitoring our tests, regular and helpful emails drew our attention to useful information on the Keto-Mojo site. So overall, our experience of the company has been very positive and real value for money. With some really adventurous recipes and daily walking. “I don’t have anything against the Keto-Mojo device itself, and I’ve been using mine for a couple of years without issue. However, when I recently visited the website to purchase new glucose strips, I wasn’t informed that these strips would not be compatible with my older device until after I had already made the purchase. This lack of clear communication on the website is, in my opinion, unacceptable and reflects poorly on the website’s functionality. It’s frustrating and feels misleading to customers who may not be aware of compatibility issues.”

“Keto-Mojo is the best! It has really made me able to know what the things I eat are doing to my numbers and how I can get myself into and stay in ketosis. I now fully understand what GKI is and how my glucose and ketones affect it. I don't think I could do this type of a lifestyle diet change without it. I'd highly recommend it to anyone doing keto. Especially anyone with 2TD, a family member of mine completely replaced his meter for his diabetes with this one and it's so much more accurate every time the his old meter. A must buy in my opinion!”
