“I've certainly been more pleased with other devices I've used in the past. Opening the test strip packets is WAY more difficult than it need be. And it took me QUITE a while to figure out which side to open so that I wasn't having to touch the side where the blood goes! Not being able to order the testing strips on Amazon made ordering just glucose testing strips quite expensive once I stopped trying to maintain ketosis. I also found that the device was inconsistent in how much blood would be needed for it to register, which led to multiple pricks and testing strips some days just to get one reading. For me the online recipes were somewhat useless as I have nightshade and dairy intolerance--too many of the recipes include dairy (seems to be a primary staple for most people on keto diets). But that's not your fault, just food for thought. Moral of the story is that I would not recommend your device to anyone looking for a glucose/ketone monitor. I've had a much more easier and cheaper experience with other monitors.”

“Great products and essential for people following a Keto diet. My last re-supply of test strips arrived, exactly as promised, but the glucose strips were all separated. Instead of being on sheets of 5 there were multiple sheets of 2 strips. They didn't appear to be damaged, and were not expired. For products that involve blood and body fluids I wasn't expecting this. It's the only reason I am not giving 5 stars and I'm sure customer service would resolve ASAP if I called (I have called them before and they were outstanding!).”

“I just reported that, after buying glucose strips many times, one of the three boxes I ordered was short by four pieces. Also, what made me count was that rather than full strips of five, there were strips of 2 and 3 in all of the boxes. The representative wanted me to lay all 3 boxes out and photograph them so they could be counted! Already spent time counting and then writing to explain. She explained that they had to ask for videos to troubleshoot??? Anyway, just dropped it and didn't accept a refund.”

“Unfortunately the blood glucose accuracy of my unit is dismal. It consistently measures about 15 points, not percentage, points high. I’ve tested multiple batches of strips with the same result. So, I have to use a separate glucose meter and strips. I have no idea if the ketone measurements are accurate. Disappointed.”

“I contacted customer service with an in app purchase problem. Never acknowledged app problen just told to purchase off computer even though I communicated several times to different people. I have used app many times without difficulty so upset it no longer works or was not addressed.”

“When I had a very small issue with my purchase, you wanted me to jump through an unrealistic hoop so I could have function in the small piece of plastic sold with my kit. That requirement was too much for such a trifle. That was not service.”
