“I had initially a terrible experience with customer service. This has continued. I am still trying. I am getting erratic readings and I am somewhat experienced at this point. I need someone to call me. If this survey is about the gentleman that left me a message, he was alright. Sorry I missed the call and please don't apply this review to him. “I love the device! The light surrounding the slot for the strip is a super idea! The ejection of the strip is a little hard, cannot take a hold on the device with the other fingers to help so it is a 2 handed job:) The price of the strips is affordable! I use ketomojo every day and it is a huge help and mitivation!”

“Easy and convenient way to track my blood sugar and ketones. App can be improved by (1) having working option to keep me signed in for more timely data sync and (2) keep default setting for sugar measurement (i.e. mmol/l to mg/dl). I have to change it each time I sign in.”
