Worst company I've ever had the displeasure to conduct business with. After buying - quite an expensive - mattress I then get a phone call a few days later from the delivery men saying they were an hour away, I told them I wouldn't be in so happily arranged redelivery for Friday. Friday came, no mattress. Called Kiddicare for the next FOUR DAYS and continuously got told by helpless person after helpless person that they didn't get a signature for delivery but it WAS delivered?! It wasn't. My girlfriend and I moved into our new flat on the following thursday without a mattress and 10 days after the initital 'delivery' they've agreed to 'issue me a refund which will take 5-7 days'. They've left us without any form of comfort in our new unfurnished house. It's ridiculous. I will never buy from Kiddicare again.

Had to contact the supplier myself for my order due to kiddicare keep saying they weren't getting back to them l. Suppliers gave me more contact than kiddicare did & informed me that they hadn't paid them for an order I placed almost 4 weeks ago! They had taken the money from my account the same day. Requested a refund - not optomistic on that either. Appalling customer service when refund requested. Absolute disgrace

Awful buggy! I brought this buggy on offer for £99.99 and really wish I had spent the extra on a decent buggy. It is abit bulky but that's not a problem. The real problem is the wheels. The front wheels turn sideways and stick making it impossible for you to keep moving forwards and you have to go and turn the front wheels around to move again. It happens alot as well, every time you try and turn or when you stop and then start again it just well not move. I 100% would not recommend this product to anybody. If I could afford to I would scrap it and buy another. The bin is the best place for it.

I ordered a highchair on 30th November. The price was competitive, however I am still waiting for it to be delivered. They use a company called Hermes, who say they have trie to deliver the item several times. They have now returned my parcel to Kiddicare. I have my parcels delivered to my works address as I work full time and have never had a problem before. Hermes said that there was nobody at the address to take the parcel and nowhere safe to leave it. Total rubbish. All,the dates and times they have quoted I was in work with at least six other staff who would have accepted the parcel if I wasn't around at the time. I have complained to both Kiddicare and Hermes with no results. Think I'll stick with eBay.

Conclusion First: Awful experience, bad customer service and no regard for customers once they get your money. These people are truly awful. Pay more and get good after-sale service elsewhere. I bought a pushchair from them which developed a fault within weeks. Sent it for repair. They could not repair it and did not have a replacement either, so issued a credit note to buy from them again. I bought another pushchair straight away from them. This time there were two accessories missing from the pushchair. I emailed them straightaway. They accepted that the missing item should have been provided with the order. They ordered me the parts. Nothing happened in weeks. Emailed them again and someone else ordered them again. Nothing happened again for weeks. From now on, every time I emailed or phoned, they accepted there fault, apologised and ordered parts again and again but nothing ever materialized. On one occasion, one customer services agent wasted half an hour of my time on phone and was that ashamed of their awful service that promised to check the status of the order every second day and offered some kind of vouchers once the order was fulfilled. Nothing a happened again. Contacted them and asked for that particular agent only to be told that she was not working for them anymore. It is almost two months by this time. I finally requested to speak to a complaints team. Apparently, every customer services agent you speak to is part of the complaint department as well. Requested to speak to senior member or manager but obviously not available and will get back to me. This is what a got in the email from the one of the developing team leaders called Luke: “I sincerely apologise for the lack of communication and can assure you I have spoken to the agents involved. The agents that were dealing were fairly new and subsequently didn't know the product and what it contained. I can tell you that the color pack doesn't actually come with the items you have mentioned as per baby style and there website. This is were the communication broke down i can only apologise and i can now advise you i have ordered these items with spares as a gesture of goodwill down to the time delay.” I emailed him back to say that your agents accepted that the missing parts were part of the order, and your website still shows that they are accessories to be included in the box with the pushchair. Secondly, I do not take charity and not need goodwill gesture, only asking for what I have paid for. I requested them to take collect the rest of their pushchair and give me a full cash refund so that I can buy from somewhere else. Straight away agreed to give me refund and somehow a collection fee of £15 will be deducted. Told them why I would pay for collection fee resulting due to their incompetence. Waived the charges but only if I missed the collection then will have to pay. Fair enough. Collection was smooth. But the refund was not. The only refunded me the extra money that I had paid for the second pushchair from my card but not the credit note that resulted from the initial faulty pushchair order. I contacted them back and said that I have requested full CASH refund and had informed you that I will not be buying from you again. They told me that I will not get cash for the original purchase amount under no circumstances but only credit note. I explained to them that the credit note was of not use to me and that I have paid you by card originally and it was you have who issued the credit note in the first place. I requested to speak to Luke who originally agreed to refund but they would not let me speak to him. So I emailed him but got the same reply. They emailed me the credit note a week later which is setting there. I would not buy anything from them again. I am very disappointed overall. They wasted my time and resources plus their own resources. Lost one customer and will lose many with this kind of attitude. I spent more elsewhere and got what I wanted with respect.

"Ordered Kiddicare Mooch Travel System in True Red. Was absolutely delighted when I saw this at a sale price of £99.99 (reduced from 299.99). Like the saying goes, ""If it is too good to be true… All was well on the first week of purchase and that's as far as the good news goes. Was out with the baby and right in the middle of the road, the wheels lock and nothing would make it bulge. Luckily, I had someone next to me who quickly helped to lift this product and we hurried crossed the road. I thought this was a one off but lo and behold, it was the beginning of the nightmare. I endured for a couple of weeks until it became too dangerous and plain stupid to continue with this product. Contacted Kiddicare - absolutely appalling customer service. They offered to come pick it up. It took 3 attempt before they took it for repairs. Returned the product and it was still faulty. They suggested taking it for another repairs but I won't be standing for this rubbish!"

I ordered my sterilliser set on 27th of November and paid for Saturday delivery. My package didn't come on the Saturday, I waited in all day ! I have emailed kiddiecare twice regarding this, and still have had no reply. I think I more them deserve a refund for my Saturday delivery which never happened. I've spoken to interlink who have apologised and advised to contact kiddiecare as they can claim it back, still no response I find this bad customer service!!

Appalling customer service and appalling delivery firm, Hermes. I had to make 3 calls today to find out where my parcel was and was kept on hold for a total of 30 mins with no outcome at the end of it. Hermes texted on Saturday to say delivery would be made that day. It wasn't. Hermes texted me on Sunday to say delivery would be made that day. It wasn't. Apparently, the person turned up in a vehicle too small to collect the parcel from the depot. That because Hermes use couriers that drive tiny, clapped out hatchback cars in this area!!! Customer service were useless and just kept putting me on hold and didn't resolve anything. I shall simply go into the store (an hours drive away) in Peterborough and voice my problems regarding this order in person. They do not care one jot about the customer and you are treated with utter disrespect. I will NEVER, EVER use this company again and would NEVER, EVER recommend them

My order was never delivered. Ordered my item online (a baby changing table) and received a txt message in the morning telling me my item would be with me that same day. I tracked my parcel via the link they gave me and it showed "Hermes" (delivery company) had tried to deliver and would re attempt the following day. I had not left the house, they had not tried to deliver my parcel. This happened again the next day. I told kiddicare who assured me the delivery firm had the correct address and would definitely be delivering my parcel the following day. Again the same thing happened so I called kiddicare again who told me they would cancel my order and send out a new order through a different delivery company "Interlink" and that they would txt me in the morning with a time when my parcel would be delivered and it would DEFINITELY be delivered that day. I had no txt. Nothing was delivered. I spoke to kiddicare again who then told me that the item I had ordered was now discontinued so could not send another item through "Interlink". I had ordered the last item which was with the original delivery company "Hermes" who had failed to deliver the item on several occasions. Not only failed to deliver but reported that they'd tried to deliver when they hadn't. I was called by kiddicare to assure me that my parcel would be delivered by "Hermes" that evening at 6pm. It wasn't. I am now in the process of trying to obtain a refund which is incredibly difficult and having had such a negative experience I will never use this company again. I have been totally messed around, lied to and am furious with how I've been treated. They should have told me originally my item was discontinued. God knows what "Hermes" have done/are doing with my order.

Ordered last month, after a few days got a text from a courier saying they will deliver next day, next day came and nothing delivered. Then got an email saying Kiddicare hasn't sent out the pakage to the courier. back and forth same excuses for a month now. Kiddicare don't care about customers, they only want your money and will make excuses not to refund a order saying until the courier sends the item back they cant do anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM KIDDICARE order elsewhere.

Dreadful company, have been promised delivery dates and leg down several times! Eventually got a definite date, took a day off work, & no delivery. They don't even bother to let you know! Do not buy from kiddicare, there is a reason they are closing stores!

If I could leave a 0 out of 5 I would. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED WITH. We ordered a furniture set on July 11th. £500 was taken immediately from our account and we were told we would wait 2-4weeks. Now it is October 22nd and we have spent our 4TH DAY waiting in for our delivery ONLY TO NOT RECEIEVE A SINGLE ITEM. Wasted days off work, wasted effort ringing them as they never ring back, wasted energy speaking to customer services people who have no resolutions. A WASTE OF ANYONES TIME AND MONEY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Goods arrived in a disheveled condition box was ripped and marked. Item was a gift to a friend and had to be repackaged. Delivery time stated on website 3-5 working days but when order was confirmed a delivery time of 7 working days was advised. Very poor will not use again.

They sent me a sleeping bag with a higher tog than the one ordered. I used the bag and my baby was too warm. When I looked at the care label I saw that the tog was 2.5 and not 1. I contacted customer services and they advised that i couldn't have a refund because I had used the product, even though it was there error. I am disgusted in their terrible customer service and attitude. Avoid this company.

ordered 2 children's Matresses on Tuesday for Wednesday didn't turn up. Now Saturday and no sign. No contact from them. Customer services have no idea where they are or if the are going to get here. I had a similar experience with Worldstors who own Kiddicare so avoid them as well.

They tell you to refuse the items you don't want on delivery (as a means of returning) and then it's a fight to get your money back. Customer service is a joke and it takes months to get your money back.

AVOID at all costs. Collection booked and confirmed for faulty pram on phone, no one turned up. Wasted 3 holidays trying to organize this ( actually waiting for non booked collections), still waiting.... Notes on my case reference were ignored, Team Manager - Michelle Rodgers wont take my call as she was too busy to deal with 'others' yet I could hear her in background guiding the guy I was speaking to. Without Pram,Car seat and ofcourse no compensation! Will be taking this further
