I bought Somerset Cotbed white. It came and when I unpacked it it was damaged the headboard part had a large crack it went all the way through. After many emails and a week later they arranged for a pick up of damaged one and replace it the same time and day. This didn't happen it got picked up but no replacement. I emailed them yet again no reply been over 48 hours too. I sent another asking for a refund d no reply. I won't be ordering from this company again very disappointed and no customer service to contact by phone just email.

Still waiting for refund after 2 months. Shocking 'customer service' department. Assured me refund would be processed 10 days ago but still no sign of it. Only gets 1 star because I can't give zero. Avoid at all costs.

I orders from them for a baby shower gift and I order a week in advance. 2 and a half weeks later I'm still waiting and if it wasn't for me getting int touch with them over email I wouldn't of even heard anything to say my order was delayed. I have now asked for s refund which I'm waiting for! The fact they have no telephone customer service is awfull as my problem would of been sorted within a day but using email it's took 3 days to sort a refund out! Let's see if I even get that! Disappointed as you website looks good but won't be using it again!

I ordered some items with Kiddicare and was told they would arrive 1-2 weeks later. After 2 weeks I contacted them to ask where they were, only to be told they were not in stock and would possibly be another 2 weeks, but no definite date was known. I needed them for a specific date so this was no good. I re ordered an alternative with another company which cost me extra. Dealing with their customer service department is horrific. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone, you cannot speak to a manger, responses are obviously generic and do not answer any questions, the problem does not get solved, they are arrogant in their responses and they will not listen to anything that is said. I used to rate this company, but over the years they have gone downhill and I will absolutely never be using them again. I am on the verge of seeking legal guidance against them.

Ordered a 3 piece nursery suite costing approx. £716.00 Was delivered a week later as promised but with one box missing. Which I could not assemble that piece of furniture or complete the nursery. With the baby coming in a weeks time, this was added stress that I did not need. I contacted Kiddicare, and 2 weeks on I'm still with out the missing box. All I get from Kiddicare is 'we've got in touch with the supplier' or 'it should be with you shortly' but no definitive answer. Case is ongoing. Nothing resolved yet, and what's most frustrating is that they've ignored my requests to speak to customer service on the phone.

Everything that could go wrong-did. I am now waiting for my refund, which was supposed to come last Friday...It's Tuesday now and no one is even bothering to respond to my emails. I AM FURIOUS. I was assured that it would come no later than Monday, which was yesterday and now I am being ignored when I'm trying to find out why the money hasn't come through yet.

I am very disappointing in your level of customer service! We ordered a 3 in 1 travel system (ickle bubba). The buggy will not fold as it has some how jammed. After numerous emails from your team to try and get this sorted it still hasn't. A courier was supposed to have been ordered more than a week ago which never happened then after being ignored for more than a week a courier arrived here this morning. Who wouldn't take the buggy as it WONT fold down. This has been stressed on so many occasions yet nothing has been done. We have been trying to sort this out for more than 3 weeks now. And Im finding this really stressful with my 5 month old as I cant take her out or go into certain places as it wont fold down.

Absolutely shocking that my child has a car seat that isnt fit for purpose it moves all over the place as there just isn't enough support on it he also gets his arms out and can climb out when straps are as tight as possible and apparently there is nothing wrong with it also customer service is terrible will never use them again! Disgusted

We have had a truly rubbish experience of Kiddicare. We ordered a car seat which was advertised as suitable for our car but when it arrived it was no good. It was an isofix one with a top tether and when installed it rocked back and forwards a good 3 inches and didn't fit flush to the seat. I contacted them and was advised the fit was fine but I wasn't happy with it so asked for them to collect it and get a refund. They refused to pay for the return even though it was advertised as compatible and clearly wasn't. so it cost me £17 to return and then 5 weeks after I had proof it had been delivered to them I had to chase up my refund as they hadn't processed it. They didn't even apologise when I chased it up! and how an online company can have such a poor returns policy...

Shame I can't put minus stars in, everything I have read on here is true of my own experience. Terrible company is a compliment, avoid avoid avoid and if your really tempted hit yourself hard with a blunt object! It's less pain in the long run

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ever had anything to do with Kiddicare. I ordered a travel system from them and was told I would have to wait 6 weeks to be delivered. We were fine with this, but of course being the crappy company they are, it took longer. The delivery dates were changed twice without prior notice, which meant sitting at home waiting for a delivery that never came. I rang and spoke to a girl in customer services who was so mannerless and rude; when I requested to speak to complaints, she told me they were also the complaints team so obviously that was a dead end. When the delivery finally came, we discovered it had a few faults so I requested a refund. I was told to provide proof which I did (video and photos) and then they sent me an instruction video on how to assemble the system. I have a PhD in Engineering for God's sake, putting together a baby travel system isn't exactly rocket science! I insisted that it was faulty, I didn't want a replacement but just a refund. When arranging a collection, I was sent a form to provide an alternative address where they would collect from, as I informed them I wouldn't be home. I got a call from the driver on the collection day that he was at my front door, apparently he wasn't forwarded the collection form I filled out! My wife managed to diffuse the situation and they eventually went to the right address. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for a refund, I called again only to find out the request hadn't even been raised. I kicked off and told the agent that I was going to report them to the FCA/Ombudsman - she had the nerve to tell me their calls were not recorded, so basically I had no proof! Presently, I am still waiting for a refund - fingers crossed I don't have to come here with more tales of woe. AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service and place to buy from! Ordered cot and mattress for next day delivery ... Mattress arrived today no cot! So phoned and asked where cot was they said will be delevered later today and they'll phone by 2 to confirm! Didn't hear anything so phoned them at 5 they were just like oh cots out of stock for 6 weeks and I can't refund mattress as its not faulty and they can't exchange anything! So left with a certain size mattress and no cot!

In the past I have ordered items without concern, this time has been a giant sized headache! I ordered a cot bed mattress which said available for next day delivery/in stock/ del 3-5 days. After day 5 my item hadn't arrived. I then spoke to a team member who issued this to be sent out next day, next day came and went. Back on the phone and there had been a giant mess up, it would be here in the morning. In the morning I received an email saying in was still at the depot but they could try to get it here tomorrow. How many days am I expected to wait in to sign for my parcel that's never arriving. I'm so cross and let down by kiddicare this time it's untrue!

Worst customer service I have ever received. This in relation to a child car seat. They do not take child safety or customer care seriously. Shocking.

I recently purchased 3 items from kiddiecare, 2 maxi cosi car seats and an isofix base. After a few days wait I received 2 packages. The isofix base and the larger of the car seats. The car seat had be shipped in a cardboard box which was at least 2 inches too small and held shut with one piece of tape. Needless to say, in transit the piece of tape buckled as the car seat was sticking out of the box at either side, I'm surprised it even arrived. Anyways so I was looking for the invoice to see what was sent and why I only had 2 out of 3 packages. There was no invoice, either that or it had fallen out of the box. I contacted kiddiecare who advised me they were a paperless company and do not send invoices. Which was fine, however an email would have been nice to tell me my items had been dispatched, and the last would arrive in due course. I also sent them pictures of the package as I could not believe they would send an item out with packaging in that condition. There response was that this was a courier issue. I'm pretty certain the courier wasn't the one who used a box that was too small!! I tried to tell them this but they didn't appear interested. So I wait for the next package thinking that it can't be any worse...the baby car seat arrives and low and behold it is worse! The box is all ripped, there is again one piece of tape attempting to hold the box together! I couldn't believe the state it arrived in. Again, I was angry and again I contacted kiddiecare. They unsurprisingly stated that it was a courier issue. And again I sent photographs and attempted to explain that this is impossible because quite clearly it is them who package the items and the courier is clearly only providing a delivery service. My comments fell on deaf ears. For a company supplying child safety products, they have no concern as how these items arrive to the customer. And despite numerous emails they will avoid accepting blame and ownership of their mistakes. Very disappointed and will not use again!

Ordered a chest of drawers there were faulty components. Called these people they told me to email. I emailed as directed with all the relevant information. I then contacted them I was asked to send photos in which I did. I had to then contact them only to be met by RUDENESS. Then they told me that they will have to order the parts from Denmark and that will take 10- 14 days to arrive in the country and then more time to get to me. My child would have been here at that time.
