I ordered a pirate swing boat to be delivered for 5 yr old granddaughter on her birthday 15th Sept. Deliverers arrived at house, established someone was in, went to get item from transport and it wasn't there. Several e mails ignored except for automatic acknowledgement. No notice of when it would be delivered, 2 days later got text early morning saying item would be delivered in hour and half but could be up to 90 mins over that time. Another day taken off work at v short notice this time so turned out to be very expensive item and very disappointed little girl. Still no response to e mails or an apology.

Ordered my sons birthday present for delivery on the Tuesday (his birthday was the following Saturday). Except it didn't arrive. I emailed asking where it was and was told it had been lost in transit and they would despatch another straight away. I informed that that I needed it for Saturday and the reason. On Thursday afternoon they emailed to say they wouldn't be able to get it to me. I asked them to express deliver it as we all know that's possible. On the friday they decided to inform me that this wasn't possible and my refund would take 3-5 working. So not only did I not have the item I ordered, I also couldn't have the money back in time to buy a birthday present for my child. Their customer service is non existent. After asking for a telephone number to speak to someone and escalate this matter to a manager their representative wouldn't reply to me. I'm disgusted with them and advise against anyone considering using them. They are an awful company who care little about their customers

Ordered an item and opted for next day delivery. Took day off work to be in for delivery and by the afternoon it had not turned up. Emailed Kiddicare to make sure it was coming and was told it could take an extra 2 days. When I asked how can it be when it should be next day they will not reply with an answer. Had a text from the courier company at 6pm saying the delivery is on its way and will be here between 8:30pm and 11:30pm. Who gets a delivery at that sort of time but I waited up incase it was coming but of course it didn't. item still hasn't arrived and no answers from Kiddicare now they have my money. Terrible service and will not be using again!!

Disgraceful! Products are very poor quality and dont expect a refund. They will collect the product from you but will not give you a refund. AVOID!

Appaling customer service- bought a Sleigh Cot bed 4/7/15- delivered broken the next week. Originally refused to take away the broken cot bed (I had to dispose of it myself?!) then waited in twice for deliveries of a new one which didnt happen. Eventually, 3 1/2 weeks later, a new cot bed arrived- also broken. Sent this one back 3/8/15. Still awaiting my £250 refund (as of 4/9/15). Customer service team refuse to let me speak to a manager, fail to respond to my emails and ignore my calls. They then promise a refund in my bank 7-10 days (it did not happen) time and time again. STILL AWAITING A REFUND ------ do not shop with them.

Appalling service , I returned an item a month ago with proof of postage I've still not got my refund , appalling customer service , keep getting told the same thing over and over. I will never order from kiddiecare again!!!

You cannot fault them on price, or speed of delivery. However, their customer service is the worst i have ever had the misfortune to contact in my life. Thet have had our prambase to repair for over NINE weeks, no offer of any compensation... AVOID

I will never use this company again, over a month ago I placed my order, goods were said instock but no delivery, not told until I chased them. My money taken. Asked for my money back, over a week later no refund after asking luckily I paid using PayPal, I logged a dispute and PayPal made the refund NOT Kiddicare. Don't use this company.

Disgusting service. Ordered a trampoline on next day service. Promised delivery every day for 4 days, resulting in 4 days at home. Wouldn't provide managements details to discuss. False info given to me. Trading standards and watchdog contacted to resolve the issue in the end after reading HUNDREDS of complaints against this company. If you are thinking of ordering from Kiddicare, Google them first!

Ordered a baby bouncer for 3 month old son to be told after payment was made it was out of stock and would be 3/4 weeks. 4 weeks later still no sign to called and was told would be in stock the next day and be with us the following day but never arrived still. Never once contacted us for update on order but received at least one email a day saying about there supposedly great products. DO NOT SHOP WITH KIDDICARE

Absolutely shocking company. Ordered a singing postman pat on Thursday on express next day delivery as is my grandsons birthday on the Sunday. I thought the box looked a little battered on arrival and it didnt work. Contacted customer services straight away but nothing they can do till the Monday, although you can place a NEW order and it be delivered on the SATURDAY. THE MOST UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTED, quite rude and patronising also. Will never order from this company again.

I purchased a stroller to take on holiday which fell apart on its first outing. Requested a refund on several occasions as it was obviously faulty but still brand new. However my requests were completely ignored by 'customer service' & they returned the stroller back to me - despite having told them I'd already be had to purchase a replacement!! So stuck with an unwanted dangerous stroller!!:(

Got my kiddicare mooch travel system trendy Teal.. Well the delivery service was excellent and the travel system is wonderful just a little tricky first setting up but it looks so much better than the picture very cheap but great product.

My wife ordered 2 identical car seats from them. They arrived promptly but when I tried to fit them the wouldn't fit in either my car or my wife's. I even tried it in my mothers car with no joy. The isofix bar in the base of the seat does not retract far enough for the car seat to sit against the cars own bench seat, in my wife car the gap between the back of the child seat and the bench seat was over 2". When I contacted customer services they refused to help me and directed me to the website for "returns". Only here did I discover that I had to pay for any returns myself, due to the size of the boxes its cost me £20 to send back a poorly designed product that cannot be used for its intended purpose! Both boxes where very damaged upon delivery and the seats were just loose in the boxes, no padding or even plastic covering them. The second seat wasn't even in the orriginal box. Given that car seats are ment to be looked after or changed after accidents I was shocked they were packaged so poorly, however given kiddicare's lack of interest I'm not surprised.

Had I seen all these reviews, I would never had purchased anything from kiddicare. I bought a few products online when there was a sale (it was a real bargain) thinking that it would either entertain my little one or can be used as gifts for other kids hoping that I can return them off (because of 365days returns) if they weren't of use. I cannot complain of the products. They are of good quality. It's the returns department that I have to complain about. When I finally decided to return the unwanted items, I wasn't even refunded half the amount. When enquired, they denied of receiving the other items which I totally disagree be caused I packed all in one box and made it a signatures delivery. If the box had been tampered they shouldn't have signed. If they did, they should have found all the items I sent. Later, just by chance I checked my account and calculated the total for which they claimed as have received and even in that they didn't refund me £22.00. It's not about the amount that they have not refunded, it's about the trust on a company that's now lost for me forever. If I hadn't checked my bank statement, I wouldn't have even known they refunded me less amount. No more purchasing in kiddicare for me. And I would say IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING THERE, THINK TWICE!!!

Purchased a car seat in December 2014 which arrived on time. No problems with the order at all. In April 2015 we noticed our 2 year olds back had sores appearing and he wailed in the car that his back hurt. After a couple of days we realised it was the car seat causing it so contacted Kiddicare to return it. We had to package the car seat at our expense and wait in for a courier (if we missed the courier we were told we would be charged £25.00). I objected to doing this but Kiddicare said there was no other way. I asked for a refund but they refused until they had done a full investigation into the product as they wanted to test the safety of it. Less than one working day after they had it, I was e-mailed to say that in Kiddicare's opinion the seat was safe and there was no issues. They refused to accept any liability for it, asking me what I thought caused the marks and wanted to send the car seat back. I tried to call them to discuss it and was kept on hold for 21 minutes before being cut off as they closed... I then sent a snotty e-mail as I had, had enough asking to make a formal complaint and to get a manager to call me. The manager called and I asked her to look into this as I did not want the seat, it was not fit for purpose and in my opinion was unuseable. I wanted a refund. The manager disagreed with me and said the only thing they would offer as a 'gesture of good will' was a credit note. (I have not, and will not use this out of principle as I NEVER want to deal with this company again). The manager's customer service was awful, she argued with me constantly, told me I couldnt take my complaint further and if I didnt like it I could go to trading standards. I pointed out she had not asked for any details of my make/model of my car in case it was the angle the car seat was at that may have caused the car seat to rub against my son's back. She agreed this could be a possibility and said she would take down the details (but never did!). I am outraged to have spent money on a product that has not only casued injury to my son, but not be fit for purpose and the manufacturer take no responsibility for this and refuse to accept there is an issue. The manager told me the seat was perfectly useable! I will disagree there having seen my sons back bleed from being rubbed red raw! Never ever have I had an issue like this with any product. NEVER WILL I USE KIDDICARE AGAIN - I EVEN HAVE CREDIT TO SPEND WITH THEM AND REFUSE!! HOPEFULLY THAT GIVES YOU SOME IDEA HOW AWFUL THEY REALLY ARE!

Ordered from them with next day delivery included, the item I was buying had a saving of approx £35. I received confirmation of order email so waited in, item did not arrive, emailed them on 3rd day and finally got response at end of day 4 saying item was no longer available from manufacturer. DESPITE still being still advertised on Kiddicare website as available, but with increased price! I emailed them back to ask why this was, unsatisfactory response in my opinion. Response was that as refund was already being processed they couldn't do anything. Poor service and customer care. Won't ever use or recommend them again
