Worst company ever dealing with. Never received 2 of my items and never been refunded. I guess I’m not the only one read reviews. Of this company.

I ordered $230 worth of clothes from them. When I go to check out, I noticed everything was an xs, and there's no way I would fit in them. So I change them all to a large, double check before checking out, and order. Tell me why the website actually ordered all xs? (I'm not the first person I've heard of this happening to). So I get them, oblivious of that before I get them because thats never happened to me before, and everything is xs. So I send everything back, same day mind you, and request everything be changed to larges. This would have been August 12th. I hear nothing about my package being delivered, I email them to ask (because I lost my tracking info and explained that to them) and they basically said "well, we don't normally do this but yes your package is here", came off suuuuper bitchy. They also said "you'll recieve a notification when it ships". This is now August TWENTY SIXTH. I hear nothing. September 5th, I email them again, asking when itll be shipped. I hear nothing. I dm them on Instagram on the 7th, and suddenly I get an email saying that my order has been raised to be a priority. It was a $230 order. It should have already been priority. On the 9th, i recieve a dm back asking to explain more, and i do. I then get an email, also the 9th, that only one out of four things I sent back is being shipped back to me, no follow up email, no reason why. I then get another email titled "refund notification". Of course the email has zero explanation, and i recieve no follow up. The reason I ordered these clothes was so I could finally feel good about the way I look. I ordered outfits specifically. I already have a pair of black bellbottoms, and I dont wear them because I have nothing to wear them with. Which is why. I bought an outfit. Literally one single email asking me if I wanted to wait for them to be in stock (which was the issue I found out a week later) or be refunded would fix this issue. One. Email. Thats it. Now, im stuck with a pair of pants I can't wear, and literally nothing else. I never wanted a refund. I want the stuff I paid for that should have been ordered correctly and shipped correctly in the first place. Even if it was my fault they were xs, it had been pulling teeth for a month getting these people to do literally anything, and they can't even be courteous enough or less lazy and send me one email asking me what I want to do.

I waited a month to get an item. They created a label but no updates for two weeks. I figure the pandemic made the shipping take a month but it was actually because they hadn’t shipped it. I got the item had it for a week and it broke. They said because it didn’t ship broken it was my fault and they would do nothing. $50CAD wasted on a company that doesn’t stand behind its products

Glad they carry plus size but the 4x distress top fits like a 2/3x and it took 57 days to deliver. The relaxed t-shirt fits nicely as a regular t-shirt. Love the styles but 2 t-shirts for $100 Canadian and I can only wear 1. Plus a veryyyy long shipping time. 60 days and its considered lost. 57 is cutting it very close.

I will never buy from them again. The quality has gone down hill and shipping takes forever or items never arrive.

I never received my package. They delete all the comments off of their social media pages warning other customers and they refuse to email me back or reply.

Beyond frustrated. I spent $130CAD on a pair of boots from Killstar, 6 weeks later I still have not received them. I reached out to DHL who told me that Killstar had made a shipping label, but not shipped the item. When I reached out to Killstar (for the third time, as my first two emails were ignored), I was told (and only after threatening to open a dispute with paypal did they reply, btw) the item HAD been shipped by DHL, in spite of the tracking information still being the same as it was, with no updates past initial creation of the label. The company told me they would "Investigate this matter with DHL and then get back to me personally", which they did not. In fact, they've stopped responding to my emails altogether, and I've had to reach out to DHL yet again on the matter. This was my first time shopping with Killstar, and it will now be my last. Would not recommend them even a little bit if this is how they treat their Canadian customers.

I've ordered a handful of items from Killstar over the last few months, although from a third party Australian website called Berserk (if you're in Australia I highly recommend them). I have a t-shirt and a set of two pillowcases that are honestly really nice, decent quality. Killstar leather however...is a totally different story. I have two pairs of boots and two bags from Killstar, the Broom Rider boots and the Mosh Moto boots, as well as the Zamara backpack and Stardust backpack. They're always pretty to look at on first glance but not so much the second time around. Expect some scuffing on your boots if you order shoes from them and definitely some messy gluing where the sole/heel/platform is attached. It's pretty clear that they weren't made with a lot of care. Easily look like they could have been made by some knock off Chinese company, exploiting their workers on less than minimum wage. But the real issue of course, really is the leather. You can tell just by looking at it, that it's very cheap and poor quality. When I put my Broom Rider boots up against my $30 Kmart boots of a similar style, it becomes even more obvious. The texture and quality is similar, although the Kmart boots leather actually happens to be much thicker and less likely to crease/fall apart. The leather on the bags are pretty much the exact same situation. Poor quality. Very far from 'Luxury' as Killstar likes to call themselves. I have a leather proofing polish that can be used on vegan leather and I have used it on all the boots I've had over the last few years, which is a fair amount. After application, you're supposed to give the boots in the sun (although not direct) for a few days until the polish fully absorbs. This helps waterproof the boot as well as soften the leather to prevent cracking, splitting and peeling. The polish works just fine on all my store-bought boots that were $50 max as well as my $170+ Demonia boots and $120+ Koi Footwear boots. However, not my Killstar boots. The polish didn't absorb even after weeks. I remember a time when Killstar used to be my favourite brand. What a shock that this was before I'd actually bought anything from them. So, suffice it to say, I'm unlikely to buy any leather products from them again, although I'm not overly likely to buy clothing from them either as their sizing charts are an absolute joke. All in all, Killstar usually just isn't worth the money you pay.

In my own experience, Killstar is a great brand! I love the originality in their clothing items, although shipping can be a hassle sometimes. Items are a little too expensive, but overall it's great.

Fast shipping and fast delivery, which I thought was cool, until I saw the TINY BOX that was delivered. I ordered the never trust the living handbag, and the wallet to match, on top of a cup. I thought wow that’s a tiny box for a huge bag. Opened it up and was disappointed when the only items were the wallet and the cup. The email said all items were shipped. In the envelope for the shipping label / receipt. The bag was highlighted, with no say of anything. No bag and it was highlighted. They didn’t email me saying why, didn’t have it in the box. I emailed them almost 3 days ago and they are taking forever to reply. I just want answers or my money back.

I'm suprised that there's so many bad reviews to be honest.. Killstar is pretty awesome. I've been buying from here for years now. Sometimes they miss a item or give you the wrong one but mistakes happen....Really good quality clothing. I've only ever bought one shirt that got a rip in it. Everything else i have and i have a lot! Is still all in great shape.

Absolutely rubbish quality. Never again. Guys, if you want nice and good quality rock/matal style clothing buy them at EPM for example. Quite expensive stuff but for years.

I’ve been a Killstar customer for about 4 years and I gotta say my experiences with this company have been very mixed. The quality of some of the clothing just isn’t up to par, especially for the premium price you pay, and many if my dresses are falling apart on me after only a few uses. My biggest issue with them, though, is their severe lack of communication and customer service. If you make any mistakes when ordering don’t expect to be able to contact them because you won’t get any response. I once ordered the wrong size of leggings and immediately sent them a message asking if it could be changed before being shipped out. I never got a response but instead got a shipment notification almost immediately, which was strange because my tracking info didn’t start updating until quite a few days had passed. Needless to say, I was disappointed. You already have to cover all return shipping fees, which I find is unacceptable since their sizing chart is basically useless. You can try taking your own measurements to determine your size but even that doesn’t always work because of how drastically different the materials they use are and how much stretch they have (which isn’t always thoroughly explained in the item descriptions). Even their ring sizes are off! So you basically have to guess your size when ordering and don’t bother to ask them any sizing questions because they’ll just refer you to their sizing chart. This is not good customer service. If you can quickly notify me that an item I ordered is out of stock and promptly issue me a refund, it shouldn’t take much effort to at least respond to customers who have order inquires. That being said, I do still purchase from the website from time to time, though I’ve been steady stepping more and more away from the brand these past few years. It’s undeniable that they have some really unique items that you can’t find readily in small towns and they’re prompt at shipping out packages and always neatly pack your items. I especially love their Hazel Leggings, socks, pins and sew on patches as well as some their jewelry (I highly recommend their stainless steel earrings, they’re really great), and their Starlight Flats. I was also able to nab their Hell-O-Ween Pumpkin handbag and so far it’s been holding up just fine. That being said, buying from this brand is a gamble and I would highly recommend looking up reviews on items your interested in buying before pulling the trigger.

I'm really confused about those bad reviews. I order a lot there and I'm happy with it. There's nearly always a few things I return but mostly I'm content and Killstar is my favorite european Gothshop!

The clothes are too expensive for the quality. They don’t last long. The customer service reps are also the worst. It’s been over two weeks since they issued a refund for an item that became unavailable, and it’s been over 5 days since my inquiry - no response. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Every time I order from them it arrives on time. The one time I had a problem with a factory error on a blanket; I messaged asking if I could send it back for an exchange even if I didn’t have the original packaging. They responded quickly and said there was no need to return it, and that they’d already sent a new replacement. Got it pretty quickly and am very happy with it.

I ordered a pair of platforms, they were ordered in a seven and recieved in a size 5. The box they were sent in was smashed and damaged. The shoes themselves are stunning but obviously didnt fit. I have been messaging them for 3 days to figure out the exchange policy because they dont have a customer service phone number which makes it nearly impossible to reach them. They dont read emails and answer questions correctly. They just seem not to care. Im so irritated and disappointed with the website. Ive never had such a bad experience while ordering online.

DO NOT BUY FROM KILLSTAR WEBSITE. It’s not worth it. I ordered three items. I understood processing could take up to 10 business days. It took almost three weeks for them to process. Shipping was slow, but that’s due to FedEx. Then they don’t even send the right items. I email them. It takes days to hear back or get no response. Then I have to return the item I never even wanted, wait for that to get to them before they send out the right one? So it will be at least another month before I get what I want. They should immediately send the correct item. This is such a waste of time. Order from somewhere else
