I got a dress that was a size L but when It came it didn't fit so I returned it the same day. I own 8 cats and I didn't even notice that there was a few days hairs on it and when they revived the dress they refused to exchange it for a bigger size even though it fitted all the criteria. No where does it say about pet hair and now I'm having to pay out another £40 odd for another dress at a larger size. They said as a kind gestured they will be sending the dress back? But why?! I don't fit into it.

Tight policy is a no from me. I returned clothing just a few days past the deadline. It was the holiday season and I was away from the Country. The effort and shipping time it took to return it made it a few days late. Killstar couldn't be bothered to go with the request and just exchange the sizing, instead they ship back the item after all the effort. Was going to be a re-occurring costumer but not worth the risk. I advise anyone to avoid purchasing if they are on a tight deadline. The company policies are terrible. Customer support is awful and is resided in Europe when ordering in USA. No customer support phone line and no way to contact management. Stay away from this business until it gets better.

Hi there do not order from them they do not care I ordered a liberty leather coat off them at £150 for it to be stuffed in a box with no care at all. Than to be told we will send you one out same day you prove you have sent it back as gesture of good will. I sent it back proved it and they never sent my new one at all. So I complain for them to offer me next day delivery which I paid for anyway and wasn't going to get so I said no I would like a refund to be told I will be issued a refund as soon as they received the coat back they received yesterday to tell my I won't be issued a refund yet. You have received my ruined coat buy staff members now I would like my refund. Pictures attached are what it came like and picture on store is what it is ment to look like

Sunglasses broke after 3 months, Killstar won't replace them as they said it's a wear and tear issue. I took great care of these glasses because they were expensive for me. Sunglasses should not just fall apart after 3 months of wear! Will not be buying this poor quality brand ever ever again. If you want good quality products and a company that cares about their customers, avoid this company.

Okay for those who have not time: DO NOT BUY from Killstar. Killstar is the absolute worst when it comes to.. well, EVERYTHING they do. I attached all my E-Mails as proof to show how incompetent they truly are. Killstar, they declare themselfes as "luxury" but in truth all that is luxury is the pricetag. I wish I had seen all the terrible reviews before I bought from them. I simply wanted to order shoes. Tomb Travel Boots & Darkwave Boots. Since they don't feature a size chart with actual measurements on their products, you have to rely on what they promise to you. I think they didn't get the memo, that it doesn't help, when you only write: "UK 9 = 42EU". Every shop has their own size chart with their own interpretation of a non-standardized system. So I used their nice little link below the product size chart which says: "For further assistence, please contact us!" This is where the first screenshot comes into place. I guess further assistence means copy-pasting the same chart that didn't help in the first place because apparently Killstar is either to lazy or just too mentally limited to read contact formulars and E-Mails, who knows? Fact is, they don't read your requests and don't care. So got no help from the support huh? I should have stopped there. Sadly I didn't. Google was more helpful and revealed this link to me: https://www.killstar.com/pages/size-charts It's funny how, after my complaint, they removed the CM from the women's footwear chart. But as you can see from my screenshot, it was still there when I was still interested in their products. That size guide site is still unreachable from their main webpage. You have to google it. Anyways, after I finally got measurements, I ordered. Long story short: The shoes are a disaster. The insole length of Tomb Travel Boots is 26,5cm, which is 2,5cm shorter than promised. Not even the outsole is 29cm. Where the heck are the 29cm coming from?? Is air now insole-lenght too? Or maybe they measured their own arrogance. It's not only false advertisement but also just a complete ripoff at this point. (Please take a look at the photos I attached). Darkwave Boots are 1,5 cm too short. At least they still fit. But just barely. Still not as advertised. This is where I wrote the complaint - you can read it all for yourself and see how much they don't care. They didn't even really read what I was complaining about. They answered: "The size printed on the shoe is the sole length rather than insole length". Hah, good one, no, It's not. And if they would have looked at my attached photos, they wouldn't have written that completely mindless answer. Killstar has since irgnored all my latest E-Mail. Usually I stay polite, no matter what. I work in customer service as well and if I would reply to customers like that (or not at all), I'd be fired instantly. I obviously had to pay the return of 15,99€ myself. I had to pay for THEIR mistakes. This is why you always pay with paypal, folks. Is this how you treat paying customers?! Disgusting. Don't ever buy from them. They don't deserve our money.

My order should have arrived by now, like 2 weeks ago. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received it, plus I’m a EU citizen and I have to wait whole 2 months to complain, because it’s their customer policy and noone bothers to investigate with the postal office earlier. They do it earlier for some customers, probably only those located in the UK – it’s not fair to have the same rules for everyone but make exceptions only for chosen people! They don’t even address me directly in their robot-like copy-paste replies! They send me generic responses and don’t bother to answer my questions! Has my item been shipped? Can they check it? Nope, sorry. Rip everyone off and go on. Looks like many people don’t get their items and are in the same situation. Coincidence? Is Royal Mail really that bad? I don’t think so. I don't think Killsrar ever sent my order to me. What else is wrong? The zip in my short velvet skirt, size S, broke after 5 uses. It wasn’t too tight or anything, I sized up. Something also happend with the fabric – I washed it only in 20*C and it’s damaged (or was like this from the beginning and I didn’t notice that). The customer service doesn’t reply anymore if you ask about exact measurements of their items – they don’t even bother to measure the waist. I wouldn’t complain if every piece of clothing they sell had exactly the same measurements. They don’t. Sometimes size S fits people who wear M or even L size. Sometimes it’s too small for people who usually wear XS. It wasn’t always like this. What happend? I’m never buing this overpriced junk again.

Clothes are very stylish, great options for people with alternative fashion tastes. Can be a big expensive due to this, and some of the more fragile items will rip easily (e.g. mesh, lace, even leggings sometimes) but that's the price you have to pay for nice clothes.

I ordered a dress i liked the look of and had to pay postage. Whenit arrived i was instantly disappointed because the fabric was not what i expected , it looked like shiny polyester (it was a rayon mixture) . Whereas on the website the fabric appeared to be a matt finish. Then I tried to put on the dress but it had no zip and the neck opening was small so i couldn't fit my head in the opening. So even though when i put the dress against me it looked the right size it was useless. I could not find a return sticker in the parcel. I looked on the website and printed a form. Then i looked at the return policy and realized that i would have to pay twice for this unwearable item. I returned the dress first class over a week ago and i have not received an acknowledgment from killstar that they've received it. i've emailed them and not heard a thing. I will never order again.

I have been a customer with Killstar.us for many years now. I own many of their older styles and used to tell people about them locally anytime I was wearing their clothes. About a month ago, I placed an order for 4 dresses during a sale they were having. The sizing was ALL OVER the place, some of them being like, 2 sizes too big, and others being a size or two too small. I never had issues with sizing in the past with this company. I ended up exchanging 2 items and returning a third. I had to spend about $15.00 in return shipping. Then, they made multiple mistakes with my exchange order causing delays and confusion with my finances. When I finally got my two exchange items almost another month later, the sizing was wildly off again with one dress fitting perfectly and the other being way too small. I emailed their customer service asking if they would consider sending me a shipping label to return this dress, since I was already out $15 for the previous return/exchange order, and since they had made a mistake with my original order, refunding me twice and causing me a lot of confusion. Not only do they REFUSE to send you any kind of shipping label, even IF they make a mistake, they will totally blow off your concerned about their garment quality and ignore anything else you say. They will repeatedly send you a link to their website and that is it. I asked to speak to a Supervisor or someone higher up over there and I was completely ignored. In this case, then, all we can do is leave reviews and share our experience in the hopes that is will save someone else this trouble. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The straps on the dresses are sewn poorly, they are often crooked, and I have had to hand-sew/modify the last 2 strappy dresses I bought from this place because they were sewn so poorly, or crooked, or had threads shooting out all over the place looking cheap and unfinished. Not good for $50+ a cheap cotton dress with print.

I used to buy a ton from Killstar- literally every month. My last experience completely put me off: I spent £90 in two dresses (the prices have gone crazy) as a treat, and they arrived in a disgusting state. What used to make Killstar great - care, lovely packaging, ready to wear garment, has now fallen to the ground. The two dresses were wrinkled, stained and of poor material. Shame.

Disgusting company. Was denied a refund on a dress as apparently my return was not 'in saleable condition'... They stated there was animal hair on the dress which is laughable as I don't own any animals and nor does my neighbour! They said they would send this back to me (which I quite obviously don't want), and they had the cheek to say 'out of goodwill' they wouldn't charge me. I work in the same field of work and I have to say, I am SHOCKED at the lack of customer service and the T&C's... So now not only have they taken over 2 weeks to refund me, they have also quite conveniently found a reason to not refund me my full amount. Garbage company.

Very expensive but poor quality material that looks cheaply made due to eyelets falling out of a jacket within a week of normal wear and thin plastic-like lining in bags with rubbish bevelled zips. A jacket with fur cannot be worn as advertised because the fur isn't actually attached so looks stupid worn unzipped, fur moves around in the wind and is at risk of being lost if you take the jacket off in public. The big bag I have has a zip that has not worked since I first used it. Due to their returns policy, it's outwith 14 days so I don't know if I can return the faulty bag. I'd be willing to pay more money for QUALITY, sturdy decent wearing materials in the same style so wish wish Killstar would up their game and match prices with reliability of products.

Items are beautiful but cheaply made by the look of it and not good quality. Eyelets fell out my jacket a week after buying it and photos online show the fur which is actually not attached, meaning you can't wear the jacket as advertised as it would fall off. Two bags have plastic-like thin lining with bevelled zips and the main zip on a big bag hasn't worked from the minute I used it. I'd be willing to pay much more for QUALITY products in the same style so wish they would reconsider their materials used.

Very bad quality for outrageous high prices, I expected more for that price. First my hand bag: The sewed part on the inside broke after just a few days. Then the handle started to detached from the bag after only two weeks. I don't overfill my bag and always take care of my stuff. This bag was £45. I had way cheaper handbags that lasted much longer. Then my shoes. I've just worn them 3-4 times and the sole is already detaching from the shoe on both sides. Plus one zip closure just can't remain close. The kind of issue you can have for shoes you buy for £5 at the market, not for £70 shoes. I've emailed them several times and let comments on their social media to talk about the issues, and they've just ignored my emails and even deleted some comments. I was very enthusiastic about this brand, but not anymore. They seem to be only interested in making money and sending products to gothic influencers for them to promote their products. They don't give a F at all about the quality of their products and their customers. I will never order from them again, and I definitely don't recommend them to anyone.
