“Purchased a graded Zanussi combi-microwave, (after being let down by another supplier, who was unable to deliver as promised, during my kitchen fitting), Kingdom Appliances were able to deliver in less than 24 hours from order, and nearly £150 cheaper than the other supplier. Microwave is 'as-new' and looks superb. I'd certainly recommend Kingdom Appliances to anyone.”

“I ordered and paid for what I thought was a new oven but before it was dispatched I discovered that it was a 'graded' item. Although in all likelihood it would have been fine, I decided I wanted 'new', to go with everything else in a new kitchen. I called Kingdom Appliances and they could not have been more helpful and co-operative. There was no quibbling, a credit note was emailed within 24 hours and the money credited back to my card within about a week. As a result of such good service I would definitely use this company in the future.”

“Providing you know what you want buying a 'Graded' item is fine and often a bargain as many ovens etc are only slightly re-modelled and given a new number. Kingdoms web site is particularly easy to navigate and they are at pains to describe appliances in detail including any slight defects. The no-quibble ability to reject the appliance on delivery is excellent. In my case I found on delivery that I had ordered the wrong oven. I rejected it and discussed with them an alternative oven that had the features I really wanted. They went out of their way to find me an alternative oven and even reduced the listed price. The only extra I had to pay was the increased cost of the oven and a new delivery charge. Excellent service and communication.”
