“Very pleased with the service. I ordered the fridge over the weekend. I got a confirmation saying that they would be in touch. Then they contacted me on Tuesday by email saying that they would deliver on the Thursday, but they would ring me on Wednesday afternoon to confirm the time slot, which they did. The time slot was one hour and they delivered within the time slot! Fantastic. The delivery driver was also polite and helpful. Just one note, be aware that they are only insured for delivery to your front door, not past that! So if you want help to get a delivery in to your house, any mishap is then down to you.”

“Very pleased with AEG freezer, delivery time excellent, but why was it only delivered by one man, he had trouble getting the huge freezer in the house, if we hadn't managed to get the other freezer to the pathway outside the house he could not have taken it, even though we paid for it to be taken. In the end the huge freezer was left in the middle of my kitchen for two days as I had no-one to take it down two steps to my utility room. Not very good service at all, had to wait to get people in to help me, even though I paid for this to be delivered. Other than that I am pleased with the freezer but you should ask people before hand if it needs to go down steps, he didn't even have it on a barrow.”

“The AEG Fridge arrived very promptly. However, despite having carefully measured up beforehand, it wouldn't fit the gap in the units. This was due to an additional "surround" [not mentioned in the technical specs] which projected far enough out from the main body of the fridge, to render it too wide to fit the usual sized gap. It was taken back by delivery van. A very prompt refund was made to my account which impressed me. [I had expected to wait for it] . So although disappointed with fridge, I was very happy with the service of this company. But then neither of us had anticipated this "hidden increased size issue" with this product. [Shame! I was looking fwd to using it]”

“I recently purchased a Zanussi washer/dryer from this company. I am absolutely delighted with the service from this company. I had difficulty with the online ordering. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was amazing. If it wasn't for him I'm sure I wouldn't have this particular model. I had looked everywhere for it and not one of the high street stores had it. It arrived exactly when they said and the guy was really pleasant and very helpful. I will always recommend this company and will look out for other products on their website. A big thank you very much. It was a pleasant experience throughout.”

“The service was amazing, the cooker came but was damaged under the Packerging, which was no fault of Kingdom appliance. They took it straight back and gave me the offer of a full refund or replacement, they came back the next day with a new cooker, which works great, they kept me updated and called for both deliveries, I would definitely recommend and use again”
