“The order and delivery was fine but I am struggling to get to grips with the cooker. Zanussi has not answered my queries about understanding how to set the timer and the fact that the grill does not 'grill small quantities in the middle of the shelf' - the outer grill circuit comes on first at the edges not the middle. The big grill tray has rubbed in transit (as have the shelves 'grazed' the caltalytic finish in the lower oven) and will cut into the enamel of the runners at the side unless I am very, very careful. It looks great but I'm resigned to the fact that nothing is made as well as it used to be!”

“Kingdom Appliances have by far the best customer service I have encountered for many a year. I ordered my appliance on eBay and unlike many companies they contacted me to confirm delivery. They gave me a four hour slot but with a likely exact time. The driver contacted me to gIve me an exact delivery time one hour before delivery. On arrival he opened the package to confirm all was in order. If you want old fashioned customer care and prompt service I highly recommend you use Kingdom Appliances.”

“Simply cannot fault anything about the service from the website through ordering to delivery and the machine itself. We received regular calls regarding delivery times from both customer services and the poor driver who was stuck in traffic. The customer services were friendly, polite and clear about what would happen and when and it did. The driver was friendly and so helpful. We really cannot recommend this company highly enough. The machine itself is everything the reviews say it is and we are so happy with it. A big well done to Kingdom Appliances!”

Communication regarding delivery consisted of two phone calls from Kingdom, one to confirm a date, and day before delivery to remind and estimate time, on the day of delivery a text to confirm time. “I have bought appliances from Kingdom previously and had no hesitation in purchasing from you again. I purchased online but used the phone regarding a late change of delivery adddress. The website is easy to use. Your contact staff are extremely helpful and efficient. They seem to have 'the glass is half full attitude' which is invaluable. Delivery arrangements are spot on with up dates and reminders. The driver was very accommodating, polite and friendly. He checked that appliances were in the condition stated and removed packing carefully so that It could be replaced when I needed to transport it to a rental property I was refurbishing. Excellent service, I hope all concerned get a pat on the back. Thanks everyone. Joy”
