Haven't had time to use my new appliance yet. Was delivered a few days after placing order, on the day and time arranged by a very pleasant and friendly driver. All good so far. Thank you 😊

This is the second time we’ve purchased from Kingdom Appliances and I cannot fault them! Their communication is excellent and even when the second purchase resulted in a defective appliance, Kingdom arranged a direct replacement straight away, no fuss. The delivery arrangements were great and on both occasions we received a call from the driver giving a time of arrival and when they landed they were cheerful, informative and very polite.

Disappointing Experience - Received a Used Product with No Response from Customer Service I recently purchased an induction hob from Kingdom Appliances, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Upon installing the hob, it was clear that this unit had been previously installed elsewhere – a fact that was never disclosed on the website. The hob still had black double-sided tape that wasn’t fully removed, white silicone residue on the sides that was extremely difficult to clean, and the isolation parts for the corners were missing. I had to use silicone to install the hob properly, which was not in accordance with the installation manual. Despite reaching out to Kingdom Appliances over 10 days ago to address these issues, I have received absolutely no response. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the faulty and previously used product they sent me. I expected much better from this company, both in terms of the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from Kingdom Appliances based on this experience.

Hi Stefan, We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the AEG IKB64301FB you purchased from Kingdom Appliances. We have not received any correspondence from you from the start of August. We do however, have an email from you on Friday the 23rd of August outlining your concerns. We apologise for the short delay in getting back to your email - Our offices were closed over the bank holiday weekend. The AEG induction hob you purchased was listed for sale on our website as a New Graded item in excellent condition. New Graded is the term we use for an appliance that has been taken out of its original packaging at some point in its life – it could have been that the packaging was damaged in storage/delivery or that the item could have be an ex-display appliance. New Graded items are otherwise brand new and unused. Our records show that your item was inspected on delivery and signed for to confirm it met the described condition ‘New Graded in excellent condition’. We have no record of the silicone or tape being picked up or mentioned on the inspection when it was delivered to you at the end of July. With that being said, we are prepared to work with you and offer you a resolution to this matter. We currently have the same AEG IKB64301FB model in stock to offer you as a replacement, our After-Sales Team have reached out to you via email with the details. Kind regards After Sales Team

The initial experience has been great. I hope this will remain the same level when the years have passed and the product starts playing up as it gets older. Great communication throughout. Great handling of the swift delivery requirements.

AEG Hob came promptly on the day it was booked. Though it was a graded item there was not a single mark on it that I could find. Fitted the next day and works perfectly.

I have just used Kingdom Appliances for the first time and am very impressed with the service. I selected the cooker I wanted but needed clarification on one point; the representative on the live chat was prompt and very helpful. Notification of delivery came a few days later, and a phone call confirmed the delivery slot. The driver upadted me and arrived on time. He was pleasant and courteous. I have not used the cooker yet but it is in perfect condition and was an excellent price. Overall, I could not be happier with this company, will use it again in the future and would highly recommend it

Was told I would get a call from the drive an hour before delivering but didn’t so couldn’t be there so have now got to dispose of the old fridge myself ☹️☹️

I received my double oven on Thursday, great delivery men very pleasant. The picture on the website was very truthful and £200 cheaper than currys. Thank you will use this company again

Product is good so far but I am very disappointed that the picture on the advert did not have the green reconditioned sticker on it when I first looked and bought the item and there was no description that identified it to be reconditioned when I had done the search for built in microwave. Very poor advertising as I was not looking for a reconditioned item just one to urgently replace the old one! Looks like the photos get switched once you have searched and found what you are looking for Stranfe has there is no green sticker on invite and then appears on other searches. Can’t even search for my original request for specific microwave now. Poor poor advertising
