“I ordered 3 pairs of the underwear and I wish I had read the reviews first. I am not sure who in the world enjoys sitting in their own filth until they can change but that's what we're talking about here. The glory of pads and tampons is you can change them. Are we supposed to be walking around with several pairs of underwear in our purse? I am confused why anyone would think this is better? I compare this to wearing a very dirty diaper you can't change until you get home... have a shower and clean yourself. This whole "can hold 8 tampons of liquid" is just ridiculous. Within 2 hours of wearing the underwear meant for heavy flow, I had leaked everywhere. I ordered a small and they are way too big. Just gross and all around wrong. Period.”
“I really like the underwear, but order a size bigger. As for the bras, they over priced and underperformed. The sizing is very confusing. I had to exchange my bra for a much bigger size and when the new one arrived just the cup was bigger, not clasp band. The other style bra I order was wonderful until I washed it. I air dried and the padding in one cup is all screwed up and I can fix it. So now I have 2 bras I can’t wear and I am out $120.”

The sports bra I ordered was terrible. Ordered the right size and nowhere near a good fit. The material is not good quality.
Customer service is terrible. No person to talk to..only “virtual assistant”

“Knix sizing is about 1.5 sizes larger than normal ie if you wear a medium size underwear a small would probably work with Knix. In addition the carbon filter that is supposed to reduce odour really doesnt work that well. A neutral odor incontinence pad like poise works much better.”
“Who in their right mind would wear underwear that absorbs eight tampons worth of menstrual blood next to their privates? This is disgusting! I am 75 so I obviously do not need this product, but I hope the younger set takes caution in their hygiene. Cannot imagine washing this used underwear with any other clothing! Just plain GROSS!”
“The product is well-made and as advertised. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for my particular shape. Knix made return super easy. But what really really impressed me was that Knix said no return of product was necessary for refund and encouraged me to donate or give the bra to someone in need instead. That is the best customer service I have ever encountered! I am very impressed by their goodwill policy.”
“I purchased 3x bras over a year ago and decided to order another one in the 4X this time to be a little roomy. The sizing has changed and I couldn't get it closed without a lot of effort. I do like the color winterberry. And it does have soft fabric and good coverage on the sides and back.”

“I ordered two bras and four panties. I couldn’t be more upset with the fit and quality. I sent emails to the Company to return the products.( they were not cheap in price) . The company only offered me an exchange. I did not want an exchange. I just wanted to send it back and get a refund. I was denied a refund. I called my credit card company and told them of my problem. They reimbursed me the charge and said they would pursue a case with them for reimbursement . They got no satisfaction .. so they put the charge back onto my card. They said that I would have to pursue them further on my own.
What a waste of money! I will burn them before I would wear them or give them to any other person.”

I order Small size and it was linking everywhere.... I am not XS size... plus quality is extremely poor - Customer service was not helpful at all, no consideration about the money I spent, knowing that I was willing to return 2 new underwear if a credit was issued. They just did not bother looking into it... WORST COMPANY EVER - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!”

In this day, as trash builds and environmental insecurity grows, packaging responsibly is much more important than branding. Lose the cardboard box! (not everyone recycles as they should)”

“While the material is soft and comfortable, the bra itself offers little support for large breasts. The shoulder straps are narrow and cut into the skin (unlike other manufacturers who offer broad straps). Moreover the shape the bra presents made me look like an Ursula in the Disney film Ariel. The "modern" shape the bra proports to provide is less than ideal. The cost of the bra is not unreasonable, if it did, in fact, offer more than a smooth fabric. So, not worth the cost, nor the hype.”
“Bought a bar and pr of high rise panties that are supposed to keep you dry. The bra feels like it’s made of plastic. I thought it would be a knit fabric. It doesn’t hold shape. Now I only wear it around the house under sweats. The panties do not keep me dry, and they are so high they sit higher than all my pants. I don’t understand the sizing, but I won’t buy anymore”
