The underwear were huge. I could see they would swallow me up and didnāt try them on. The customer service said they do not refund on their products.

“They use the Shop app to process payment information and it sucks. When trying to add my credit card information it auto-filled with an old address from my mother-in-law which I do not understand because I have never ordered anything to that address, she has never used my computer and it is in no way connected with my card. I change the billing/shipping address to my actual address and save. It looks good so I confirm the order just to find the confirmation email lists the incorrect address. I guess my changes didn't save? The only way I could find to contact Knix was through email which I did right away but by the time someone saw my email the order was shipped so it couldn't be changed or cancelled. They just told me to contact the shipper who won't do anything because I don't have a commercial account with them. So now I'm out 100 bucks for products I will never see. And to top it all off, the one piece of information that was correct was my email address so I now get spam emails from the Shop app which caused all this mess in the first place.”

“The customer service is fine but the bras and underwear are truly overrated. The underwear does not ever stay put. The crotch of the thongs is too thin and they are too long, causing bunching in the back. They slide up over your hips constantly, so you're annoyed all day. The bras also slide up over your boobs, what fun! Have to be worn cross back or they have weird gaps. Overall, they're really poorly crafted, and overpriced.”
“Finally there is an amazing company that sells the most comfortable bras and celebrates women of all sizes. I see some reviews that claim the bras feel tight, but all of them come with a disclaimer that you have to wear a bra at least a few time for it to adjust / conform to your body shape... and it's true! I couldn't be happier and I buy a new color every month.”
