“Dear Knots Flowers and More PH, I am genuinely glad that I chose Knots for a surprise to Ms. Maria Kristina D. Siuagan (Tina Siugan for short), my love. Though her mother was the who received it sine Tina was on Virtual Hearing/Trial, I am very happy of the efficiency and approachable arrive of Knots. So professional and endearing to remind the courrier to take a photo of the recipient. Super thank you so much and I am very sure to order again and again! Maraming salamat. God bless you more Knots! “Amazing customer service, went out of their way to accommodate an unexpected obstacle. Great communication and customer care. Even though there were substitutes, the flowers were beautiful and the balloons were bright and cherry. Very happy with Knots Flowers & More PH.”
