“So glad & grateful for the great customer service! 👍🏼 This delivery is extremely important for me & just yesterday, another flower shop cancelled my scheduled delivery for today & just informed me a day before and their customer service was terrible. “Thank you for coming through with the delivery on such a short notice when other merchants were suddenly cancelling on me due to a lack of fresh flowers. The experience would be better though if there is a constant update on the status of the order. Still, I am truly grateful :).”

“Knots is my go-to shop for flower delivery :) They are so accommodating, and respond fast, even during peak seasons. Some Eustoma flowers, though, had petals that were slightly brownish, but the over-all bouquet was still very pretty. The arrangement is elegant and classy as always.”
