“Overall, knots.ph took care of my flower needs. The flower and cake I ordered from them arrived in excellent condition. The only thing I took note was the special delivery instruction I requested them. I mentioned that it be delivered before lunch time, it arrived around 12:30pm. I had to tell the recipient to wait a bit. But other than that, it was almost perfect.”

“Extremely fast service and the payment was easy, coming from Australia i was panicking because it was my grandma’s birthday on sunday the 14th of Jan but luckily i found this website and ordered here. Will definitely be ordering from knots.ph from now on if i want to send my loved ones flowers in the philippines, thank you po! :)”

“I'd like to file a complaint. When the flowers were handed over, the fairy lights that I paid as an add on weren't turned on so during the entire time of my fiancé's bridal party, they had no idea there were fairy lights inside the bouquet making the add on that I paid for completely useless...”

“I can’t believe I just found out about this now. I’m from New Zealand and wanted to send a gift to my friend. Will now be ordering more from Knots! “Online service was good, fast responding, and straightforward. Flowers looks amazing and no different from the picture shown on the website. I would maybe recommend to add more protection to the Bouquet to avoid it getting damaged by rain or debris. But overall, 10/10 would recommend to other people.”
