“For many years of purchasing flowers from different stores, yours are by far the best. Reason why I tried your shop was I am fed up of those big, famous flower shops that most of the time, sends a different product from the picture they posted. What I like about yours is, what I see is what I get or much better. Good job. You'll be my number one flower shop from today onwards”

“Excellent service. In less than 12 hours after placing my order, a representative reached out to me and confirmed my preferred customizations. When I asked for an earlier delivery, they accommodated as well. Beautiful bouquet and smooth & pleasant service throughout. Will definitely use Knots again and recommend to friends.”

“I've ordered twice from Knots and received the same outstanding service. It was a pleasant experience transacting with the Knots Team. Simple requests like providing photos of the order and giving confirmation of delivery and acceptance down to providing an invoice for the transaction were some of the things that are essential to achieve customer satisfaction because it only means that the vendor and the service are legitimate. And for that I give them two thumbs up for exceptional customer service! :)”
