“Amazing! I ordered these from PEI Canada and they arrived on time and the company kept me informed every step of the way which was so nice. I had never ordered flowers in the Philippines before and I was so glad I found Knots they made everything easy and stress free! 5 Stars are not enough. Thank you Knots we will be ordering again”

“Customer service is more than 5 stars. I was able to talk to someone through their facebook messenger. I talked to "sheng", and I had some requests. She helped through everything, from picking the flower to the whole process of setting up my order and request. I didn't have to do anything, i just talked to sheng through messenger. They also sent me an email with photos of the flower and add-on i requested. Very happy with my experience and I will definitely order again soon.”

“It is my first time ordering through a shop in the Philippines since I’m outside the country, and let me tell you, the service and help they offer is through the roof, especially the owner’s patience since I had to double-check everything. In my case, the delivered product exactly matched the photograph from the catalog and had reached the receiver promptly. There was a bit of a technical problem with the online order system in their website, but it was duly resolved. Both seller and receiver are satisfied.”
