“First off, the flowers were stunning. They informed me beforehand that the chocolates I wanted were out of stock and recommended another similar one. They even let me change the address the morning before delivery time! Overall 10/10 would definitely order again. Thank you Knots!”

“This is my third order from Knots.ph and the first two orders were amazing. Todays was my most expensive order and for my Fiancés birthday. Fortunately, the flowers look beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a balloon missing and the small cake was half collapsed and quite ugly. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and order again, as should everyone. But I only give two strikes, not three, before you’re out. Please be like you once were.”

“I experienced some quality issues with my order and it was a bit unfortunate because it was for my parents’ 30th wedding anniversary gift. But I reached out to Knots and they were able to QUICKLY address the issue and gave a complimentary bouquet, delivered on the same day, and that was top quality. great customer service, thank you!”
