“It is my first time ordering through a shop in the Philippines since I’m outside the country, and let me tell you, the service and help they offer is through the roof, especially the owner’s patience since I had to double-check everything. They stayed and responded immediately to my questions. I will forever be grateful.”

“Knots.ph offers a selection of superb flower arrangements at a reasonable price. In my case, the delivered product exactly matched the photograph from the catalog and had reached the receiver promptly. There was a bit of a technical problem with the online order system in their website, but it was duly resolved. Both seller and receiver are satisfied.”
