“It's not my 1st time buying flowers from Knots PH because their flowers are guaranteed fresh. On top of this, they have great customer service. 1. They are very responsive through Viber 2. They were able to follow the special instructions we requested for the bouquet we ordered for our mom 3. I was given a bouquet bought from their store, but it had 1 damaged flower stem. Their staff did not ignore my messages and to compensate, they even sent me a beautiful complementary bouquet. Thank you Knots PH! It was very much appreciated. I would love to order from you again! :)”

“Very Professional in handling case. Nag review ako last time ng very poor service kasi maling time and date nila pinadala yung order, for valentine's day sana kaso pinadala nila feb 11. Sila na mismo nag reach out sa akin tumawag sila and nag offer ng compensation kasi nga na disappoint ako sa nangyari ako yung nasurprise hndi yung GF ko so ayun na appreciate ko yung effort nila mag reach out.”

“A fresh bouquet. Overall, it is nice, but I suggest your guys make improvements on the bottom of the bouquet. Please wrap it nicely on the bottom, so the water bag will not be visible when carried.”
