“First time to order here and very satisfied. My first choice wasn’t available and they handled it very well - I especially appreciate asking me about options. The flowers delivered were of high quality and arrived fast ! Recipient was very happy. All these are reasons I will order again.”

“The flower arrangement in terms of the color combination and sturdy packaging was absolutely wonderful and well thought-out. Though, some of the flowers that were used was on the wilting stage, hoping that the arrangement would last for another day or two. Nevertheless, Knots provided a good customer service.”

“It's my first time buying in this shop and I was so amazed that the flowers arrived fresh and in pristine condition considering that our location is too far. The item looks exactly as the picture shows. My mom was surprised and happy upon receiving Papa's surprise birthday gift. I had the best experience in their customer service, it was fast and proficient. Thank you so much Knots.ph! I highly recommend everyone to buy flowers from this shop.”

“They were able to deliver the flower to Cavite on the same day I ordered with just additional delivery fee. The agent I talked to was kind and polite. Their flower arrangements are really pretty. Highly recommended!”

“I loved everything about knots.ph. The flowers are fresh, and I really like the personal touch of the presentation because of the instax photo (super creative). Also, the staff who was assisting me in IG inquiry is very polite and super big help. Highly recommended!”

“The bouquet was very pretty. My grandma was delighted. So I have no problem with the item itself. I just think that customer service can be improved. I requested for a photo pre-delivery (and even sent in a reminder a day prior). Despite their assurances, I did not get one before the flowers reached my grandma. Quite disappointed by that. *NOTE: They have offered a voucher to "make up" for it.”
