“Needed to have the flowers delivered to Cavite, and the folks behind the chat were very helpful and accomodating. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautifully arranged, you can see that a lot of effort was put into creating a good product. 10/10 would order again.”

“Definitely 5 out of 5 stars! I purchased from Knots PH for the first time and certainly won't be my last! Had a number of unforeseen circumstances and requests on my end, but Bench (the person I spoke to the most throughout) was very helpful and understanding! The good service and beautiful flowers are the reasons why I would be a returning customer to Knots PH! :D”

“The flower smells really good! And they even emailed me a copy of the bouquet before the delivery was made which was on point to the schedule. Ordered the Willow (Pink Ecuadorian Rose Bouquet) and had my discount being a member. 5 star for me.”

“First time to order from them and I’m very happy with the timely delivery and quality of flowers and add-ons.😍I’ll be a return customer for sure! Once I was able to choose, it was easy placing an order thru their website. May I also suggest having a filter where I can view all products, instead of having to click different categories? It would be helpful for customers like me who are still deciding on what to buy. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service! it was quite easy to navigate the website and choose from their offers. Payment options are very convenient. I loved that we can schedule the delivery, too. On delivery day they contacted me via Viber about my add-ons and I was pleasantly shookt and impressed about how they handled a minor snafu. They sent me photos before delivery. Overall the experience was very pleasant and exceeded expectations, and my loved one really loved the fresh flowers!”
